The winning streak of basketball club Teodo finally ended yesterday night in Ulcinj (85:80). After 10 wins in a row the club from Tivat was defeated and generally left a bad impression on the basketball fans in Ulcinj. One of the reasons for this defeat could be the injury of Marko Mijovic (188-PG-87) in the second quarter. Both teams started the game in a good way but after the injury of Mijovic Teodo started making too many turnovers and in the third quarter the home team had the biggest lead (+27) but the guests did not want to get embaressed and they even had a chance to win the game in the tied finish. Dusan Milosevic (198-G-91, agency: BeoExcell) scored the game high with 21 points while Sekula Jovanovic added 17 and scored some important three points. In the away team Savo Djikanovic (211-C-75, agency: Beo Basket) (16 points) and Manuel Johnson (201-F-83, agency: Court Side, college: Tex.A&M-Comm.) (12 points in 17 minutes on the floor) where the only ones that pushed Teodo but it was not enough yesterday night.

On the other side, Sutjeska got another easy win against Jedinstvo (91:62) and conquered the first place. Nikola Pavlicevic (192-SG-88) had an extraordinary game again with 35 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists while in the away team Saud Omerovic (194-F-84) scored 19 points.

After the latest cup win, Mornar got another win in the championship against Centar, but this time they did not have any problems to beat the young outsider from Bijelo Polje (82:56). Milos Djurisic (194-G-88, agency: TSS Management) scored 15 for the guests and Vukota Pavic (203-C-93) added 14 pts and 9 rbs. Two Americans from Centar, Aaron Mitchell (187-G, college: Longwood) and Rickey Young (204-F/C-90, college: W.Virginia Tech) led the team with 14 points each.

Lovcen defeated Ibar at home and got the revenge after the defeat in Montenegrin Cup (90:80). In a high scoring game Petar Stojanovic (185-PG-90) (28 points) and Ljeko Nicaj (210-C-87) (20) led the home team while the guest were led by Brandon Roberson (180-PG, college: Missouri Baptist) and Mersudin Kosuta that scored 18 points each.

In the last game of the Round 6, the bottom rannked Primorje will face Danilovgrad at home.

Erste Basketball League Round 2: No luck for home teams in this round. Koljevic scores 50! - 5 days ago

Once again home teams did not have any luck. Actually, in all three games that were played so far away teams won. Primorje and Ulcinj play tomorrow and if Ulcinj gets a win they will complete the round full of surprises. But let's start with yesterday's game between two old rivals- Lovcen and Sutjeska.
