Buducnost posted the 14th win in the Adriatic League season. They snatched a road win over Zadar. Aleksa Popovic (201-SF-87) exploded with 29 points to lead the Montenegrin side. Buducnost silenced the hosts in the opening quarter. Buducnost went on a 26:13 run to take a comfortable lead. The tempo decreased in the second period. The teams traded baskets as Buducnost secured a 39:26 halftime advantage. Zadar managed to narrow the gap in the third frame. The Croatian team pulled within 10 points at the final intermission. Buducnost however picked up the defensive intensity in the final period and raced to the win at the end. Cedomir Vitkovac (201-F-82, agency: Beo Basket) delivered 10 points, while Dee Bost (187-G-89, college: Mississippi St.) added 9 points for the visitors. Franko Kastropil (212-C-84) responded with 20 points for Zadar. Romeo Travis (201-PF-84, college: Akron) had 10 points and 9 rebounds in defeat.

Anyway, the third game was not as tied as the games before (67-51) but Dusan Dubljevic 's guys can not regret because they fought bravely against a much more experienced team. The game was decided after the first half when Buducnost got a big lead and burried Sutjeska's hopes to make a surprise in Podgorica. A curiosity of the game played tonight is that nobody scored in double digits for the winners but all players besides Danilo Nikolic (205-C-93) scored at least two points which proves that Buducnost has a deep rotation. The top scorers were Gerald Lee (208-C-87, college: ODU) and Vladimir Mihailovic (193-G-90) with 9 points each. On the other side the situation was the same, but the guests scored less points all together and thats was the main difference. The leading scorer was Radoje Vujosevic (209-C-89, agency: Interperformances) with 8 points.
