The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Centrum (4-1) in Oslo on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by third ranked Gimle BBK (4-2) 78-72. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Centrum. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Gimle BBK moved-up to second place. Centrum at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. Gimle BBK are looking forward to face Ammerud Bskt (#6) in Oslo in the next round. Centrum will play at home against Baerum Basket (#5) in Bekkestua and is hoping to win this game.
Important game to mention about took place in Asker. Fifth ranked Froya Basket (3-3) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging bottom-ranked Asker Aliens (0-4) 107-106 on Sunday evening. Latvian guard Edmunds Gabrans (190-79) scored 34 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Reno Silavs chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was the former international guard Espen Stien (186-86) with 24 points and 8 assists. Defending champion moved-up to fourth place. Asker Aliens at the other side still closes the standings with four games lost. Froya Basket will play against Ammerud Bskt (#6) in Oslo in the next round. Asker Aliens will play on the road against Tromso and hope to get finally their first victory.

Jonathan Jones notched a double-double by scoring 20 points and 17 rebounds to lead the effort. Tromso's coach Kenneth Webb used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 16 points and 6 rebounds by Ryan Ferranti did not help to save the game for Baerum Basket. Tromso have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 3-1 record behind leader Centrum. Loser Baerum Basket dropped to the fifth place with three games lost. Tromso will meet at home bottom-ranked Asker Aliens (#7) in the next round. Baerum Basket will play against the league's leader Centrum in Oslo and hope to secure a win.

BLNO Norway-BLNO World 105-97 BLNO Norway overcame BLNO World 105-97 in All Star Game. The World Team won the first period 31-23 dominating the court. Team Norway managed to reduce the gap in the second frame and trailed 52-47 at the halftime. Team Norway continued their run in the third period and later grabbed a 85-73 lead in the start of the last quarter. They managed to seal a final 105-97 win. Cuban-American Juan Ferrales (188-G-91) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's leader Kongsberg and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 16. The 25-year old guard had the game-high 35 points adding eight rebounds and four assists for Kongsberg in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Centrum (#7, 9-10) 100-97.
