The most important game in the last round took place in Bergen between third ranked Ulriken (2-3) and fourth ranked Ammerud (3-3) on Sunday night. Ulriken was defeated by Ammerud in a tough game at home 47-54. Ulriken trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 15-11 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 47-54 at the end of the game. Ammerud dominated on the defensive end, holding Ulriken to just 5 points in third quarter. They also forced 32 Ulriken turnovers. The former international guard Anna Hammer (180-89) scored 16 points, 5 assists and 7 steals to lead the charge for the winners and forward Sara Grindelid (183-82) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Lise Breivik (181-93) with 12 points and 9 rebounds. Ammerud moved-up to third place. Ulriken lost third consecutive game. Defending champion dropped to the fourth position with three games lost. Ammerud will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Ulriken will play again on the road against Ammerud (#3) in Oslo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Nigerian center Justina Udenze (189-89, college: Cent.Conn.St.) notched a double-double by scoring 22 points, 23 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and Sthefany Thomas supported her with 22 points (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Even 10 points and 6 rebounds by the former international guard Anna Hammer (180-89) did not help to save the game for Ammerud. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated Gimle (7-0) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 7 victories in a row. Ammerud at the other side dropped to the third place with three games lost. Gimle will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Ammerud will play at home against Ulriken in Bergen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

BC Asker has finally registered their first victory this season after five consecutive loses. They used home court advantage to defeat Oslo Tigers (1-5) 77-37 on Wednesday. The game without a history. BC Asker led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Oslo Tigers to just 4 points in second quarter. BC Asker dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Oslo Tigers' 30. BC Asker forced 26 Oslo Tigers turnovers and outrebounded them 47-28 including a 20-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Kristine Nyegaarden (176-95) who scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Elin Gulbrandsen (173-94) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four BC Asker players scored in double figures. BC Asker's coach Ola Gravem Knutsen felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
