The most important game in the last round took place in Hoybraten between second ranked Varden (3-6) and fourth ranked Hoybraten (4-4) on Saturday night. Varden was crushed by Hoybraten on the road 76-53. Hoybraten moved-up to second place, which they share with Fyllingen BBK. Varden lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. Hoybraten will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Varden will play at home against Sverresborg (#6) in Trondheim and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An exciting game was played in Fyllingen. Third ranked Fyllingen BBK faced second-ranked Varden. Host Fyllingen BBK (4-4) smashed guests from Tromso (3-6) 101-60. Fyllingen BBK have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Hoybraten. Varden lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. Fyllingen BBK will play against league's leader Miners in Kongsberg in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Varden will play at home against Sverresborg (#6) in Trondheim and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Undefeated Miners have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-0 record. Newly promoted Hoybraten dropped to the second place with four games lost. They share the position with Fyllingen BBK. Miners will meet at home league's second-placed Fyllingen BBK in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Hoybraten will have a break next round.
