The most exciting game of round 9 in the 1Div. took place in Oslo. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 4th placed Fyllingen BBK (4-6) to fourth ranked Persbraaten (4-3) 69-68 on Saturday evening. Persbraaten moved-up to second place. Newly promoted Fyllingen BBK keeps the fourth position with six games lost. Persbraaten are looking forward to face league's leader Miners in Kongsberg in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Fyllingen BBK will have a break next round.
An interesting game for Miners (9-0) which hosted in Kongsberg 4th placed Fyllingen BBK (4-6). Leader Miners had an easy win 94-56. Bottom-ranked Sverresborg managed to get a third victory, breaking the series of three consecutive loses on Sunday night. This time newly promoted Sverresborg won against fifth-ranked Varden in Tromso 76-62. Newly promoted Sverresborg maintains sixth place with 3-8 record. Varden at the other side keeps the fifth position with seven games lost. Sverresborg will meet at home higher ranked Hoybraten (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Varden will have a break next round.

In the last game of round 9 bottom-ranked Sverresborg was beaten by Varden on the road 83-69.


Miners - Fyllingen BBK 94-56

An interesting game for Miners (9-0) which hosted in Kongsberg 4th placed Fyllingen BBK (4-6). Leader Miners had an easy win 94-56. Miners have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. An interesting game for Kongsberg (17-2) which hosted in Kongsberg second-ranked Baerum Basket (13-5). First ranked Kongsberg managed to get a 4-point victory 104-100. BLNO Norway-BLNO World 105-97 BLNO Norway overcame BLNO World 105-97 in All Star Game. The World Team won the first period 31-23 dominating the court. Team Norway managed to reduce the gap in the second frame and trailed 52-47 at the halftime. Team Norway continued their run in the third period and later grabbed a 85-73 lead in the start of the last quarter. They managed to seal a final 105-97 win.
