Polish Basketball League company entered new provisions into regulations concerning clubs appearing in the polish men extra league (TBL). Important changes in regulations concern the following provisions:
1.Duty of using in property disputes (of e.g. applying contractual settling accounts) between clubs and players and coaches from services of the arbitration court at the National Chamber of Sport or Basketball Arbitral Tribunal, rather than from courts of general jurisdiction
2.Lack of ability of performances in TBL of the club which is conducting activity in other sports discipline
3.Licence vetting (accounting for the previous season and presenting budget for the new season) will be held in one time (this year - to 16 July), rather than in two up till now. After sending documents clubs will receive seven days for supplementing them in case of stating shortcoming.
4.To 21 January 2013 clubs, as part of the additional verification, will be presenting documents confirming accounting with players, coaches and offices. In case of shortcoming loss of points will be possible in the table or even getting back the law of the game of TBL.
5.Led a limit of the minimum amount which must be intended to the remuneration of players, equivalent to the 800 thousand PLN (about 200 thousand Euro, 230 thousand USD) gross is staying for the season. Before beginning gameses clubs must report the composition of players which the sum of earnings exceeds this amount. In the event that as a result of dissolving contracts this sum falls below the 800 thousand PLN in the scale of the season, PLK SA can take the club games of TBL the law.
6.Foreign players which are returned to a club, won't be included in the limit of chargeable basketball players for the next foreigner.

System of gameses for season 2012 / 2013 will be announced after an ultimate number of clubs sharing in TBL. PLK SA is planning the management board gameses in three stages. In first all teams would share (the match and the revenge). In second teams from places 1-6 would play 10 queues (the match and the revenge), and remaining would fight over two vacancies into the play-off on the principle pre-play-off, that is of rivalry in pairs. The third stage is a play-off, played on the same basis as before.
At present the right of the game of TBL and the accession to licence procedures has 15 clubs: 14 acting in TBL in season 2011 / 2012 and winner of the first division Start Gdynia. The time of applications of clubs interested in performances in TBL after buying the so-called wild card out is also on expiring 16 July.
