The round was rather attractive and full of interesting results. The round ended with derby games, favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

The game had a very big importance for fourth-ranked Korsarz Gdansk as it allowed them to take a leadership position in Group A. Korsarz Gdansk defeated 3rd placed Ksiezak Lowicz at home 82-70. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Ksiezak Lowicz. It was a key game for the top position in Group A. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 22-9 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Korsarz Gdansk made 20-of-23 free shots (87.0 percent) during the game. Guard Jakub Zalucki (194-G-89) fired 31 points for the winners. Guard Mateusz Nitsche (190-86) chipped in 20 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Korsarz Gdansk's coach Andrzej Kwasniewski used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Bartosz Wluczynski (176-88) produced 19 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Korsarz Gdansk have a solid series of three victories in a row. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Wilki Morskie. Ksiezak Lowicz at the other side keeps the third place with two games lost. They share the position with SMS PZKosz. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Top ranked SMS PZKosz (4-2) recorded its second loss in Wladyslawowo. Hosts were defeated by sixth ranked MKS Skierniew. (3-3) 82-75. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Radoslaw Jarosz (196-83) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 6 assists. Mariusz Wojcik contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Jakub Garbacz (196-94) answered with 18 points and 6 rebounds for SMS PZKosz. SMS PZKosz's coach Arkadiusz Miloszewski rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. MKS Skierniew. maintains sixth place in Group A with 3-3 record. SMS PZKosz at the other side dropped to the third position with two games lost. They share it with Ksiezak Lowicz. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
An interesting game where Sudety (#3) beat host HK Zory (#6) with 16-point difference 92-76 on Saturday evening. It was a great evening for Rafal Niesobski who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points, 8 assists and 4 steals. At the losing side Marcin Marczyk responded with 13 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Sudety maintains third place in Group B with 4-2 record behind leader Korsarz Gdansk, which they share with GTK Gliwice and Tychy. Loser HK Zory keeps the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with WKK Wroclaw. Sudety will meet at home Tychy (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. HK Zory will play against Wschowa and hope to secure a win.
We should not miss the game where sixth ranked Pulaski Warka (3-3) against 5th ranked Novum Lublin (2-4) where Pulaski Warka won on the road by seven points 73-66. It was an exceptional evening for Konrad Kapturski who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Pulaski Warka moved-up to fourth place in Group C, which they share with Rosa II Radom. Novum Lublin at the other side dropped to the sixth position with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
And finally the game worth to mention about is the one where leader MCKiS Jaworz. (#1) crushed Tur Bielsk Pdl. (5-1) on the road by 19 points 93-74 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Tur Bielsk Pdl.. It was a key game for the top position in Group C. Lukasz Bak fired a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for the winners. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated MCKiS Jaworz. (6-0) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place in Group C with a perfect record of 6 victories in a row. Loser Tur Bielsk Pdl. keeps the second position with one game lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

Other games of round 7 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
In Group A Wilki Morskie crushed Notec in Szczecin 98-72. GTK Gdynia was beaten by Basket Pila at home 80-92. Winless Suchy Las was destroyed by Trefl II Sopot on the opponent's court 88-53.
In Group B Pogon Prudnik outscored WKK Wroclaw in a home game 99-76. Winless Wschowa recorded a loss to Alba Chorzow on the road 84-74. GTK Gliwice crushed Nysa Klodzko on its own court 86-48. Mickiewicz was beaten by Tychy in a road game 82-71.
In Group C Rosa II Radom was destroyed by Handlopex AZS at home 59-86. Legia was outscored by PWiK Piaseczno on the opponent's court 100-77. Wisla AWF Kr. managed to beat AZS AGH Alstom in a home game 50-47.

Group A
Notec - Wilki Morskie 72-98

There was no surprise in Inowroclaw where 8th ranked Notec (1-4) was crushed by second ranked Wilki Morskie (5-1) 98-72 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Wilki Morskie. Notec was better in third quarter 21-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Notec 48-26 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Wilki Morskie looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Notec was plagued by 33 personal fouls down the stretch. Forward Radoslaw Bojko (196-91) fired a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Guard Marcin Stoklosa (188-77) chipped in 16 points and 9 assists. Four Wilki Morskie players scored in double figures. Forward Mikolaj Grod (194-89) produced 19 points and 7 rebounds and guard Artur Gliszczynski (178-81) added 17 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Wilki Morskie have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They keep a position of Group A leader, which they share with Korsarz Gdansk. Newly promoted Notec keeps the eighth place with four games lost. Wilki Morskie will have a break next round. Notec will play at home against GTK Gdynia (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Basket Pila (3-2) defeated on the road 9th ranked GTK Gdynia (1-4) 92-80 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Basket Pila. GTK Gdynia was better in second period 22-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Basket Pila forced 23 GTK Gdynia turnovers. GTK Gdynia was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Forward Lukasz Krzeminski (200-80) fired 26 points for the winners. Forward Karol Michalek (207-87, agency: Promotex) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds. Four Basket Pila players scored in double figures. Swingman Mateusz Zolnierewicz (191-92) produced 25 points and 9 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) and forward Filip Put (195-93) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Basket Pila maintains fifth place in Group A with 3-2 record. GTK Gdynia lost fourth consecutive game. GTK Gdynia will play against Notec in Inowroclaw and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Trefl II Sopot - Suchy Las 88-53

Rather expected game when bottom-ranked Suchy Las (0-6) were rolled over on the road by seventh ranked Trefl II Sopot (2-3) 88-53 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Trefl II Sopot. Suchy Las was better in fourth quarter 19-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Suchy Las 40-24 including a 31-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Suchy Las were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international power forward Mateusz Jarmakowicz (208-88) fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. point guard Pawel Dzierzak (185-93) chipped in 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Trefl II Sopot players scored in double figures. point guard Piotr Wieloch (180-94) produced 12 points, 5 assists and 4 steals and Michal Wielechowski (193-94) added 11 points respectively for lost side.
