It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Trefl Sopot. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 24-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. American center Bertengeh Gadri-Nicholson (208-C-83, college: Denver) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. The other American import point guard Todd Abernethy (185-84, college: Mississippi) contributed with 15 points and 9 assists for the winners. American point guard Frank Turner (178-88, college: Canisius, agency: Court Side) replied with 18 points and 4 assists for Trefl Sopot.
