Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Poles who are currently playing abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is former international swingman Agnieszka Bibrzycka (184-82, agency: Data Plus Group, college: Abil.Christian, currently plays in Euroleague). She led her Turkish team Fenerbahce to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Nadezhda Orenburg (5-4) crushing them 93-67 in the Euroleague in Wednesday night's game. Bibrzycka recorded 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 25 minutes on the court. Fenerbahce Spor Kulubu (6-2) is placed third in group B. There are only four games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Bibrzycka's first season with the team. She has relatively good stats this year: 13.1ppg, 3.3rpg, 2.0apg, 1.3spg, 2FGP: 58.5%(24-41), 3FGP: 44.1% and FT: 85.7% in the eight games she played so far. Bibrzycka played for the Polish senior national team four years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to former international center Ewelina Kobryn (193-82, currently plays in Euroleague). She led her Russian team UMMC Ekaterinburg to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked USK Praha (3-6) 94-75 in the Euroleague last Wednesday. Kobryn recorded 12 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. UMMC Ekaterinburg (8-0) is placed first in group C. So far her team won all eight games in the Regular Season. There are only four games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This season Kobryn averages: 6.5ppg, 4.6rpg, 2FGP: 62.5%(20-32), 3FGP: 12.5% and FT: 69.2%. She played for the Polish national team in 2010.

   #3. The Polish player who performed third best last week abroad was an experienced international forward Magdalena Losi (173-80, agency: Promotex, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian A2 (12th division). Losi could not help TEC-MAR Crema (10-4) in their last game. Despite her very good performance the fourth-placed TEC-MAR Crema lost 75-81 on the road to the lower-ranked (#8) Alghero in the North group. Losi was the top scorer with 23 points. She also added 5 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 34 minutes. They ended the series of five consecutive victories. Losi is currently second on the list of top scorers and also on the list of best passers (fourth place). She has individually a very good year with high stats. Losi averages: 18.3ppg, 4.2rpg, 2.8apg, 2.5spg, 2FGP: 48.2%, 3FGP: 31.8% and FT: 83.9% in the 13 games. She is also a member of the Polish senior national team.

   #4. Center Aleksandra Chomac (191-85, also represented by Promotex, currently plays in Czech Republic) contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider BK Pliska Studanka (2-16) crushing them 81-42 in the Czech Republic ZBL on Saturday night. She recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 16 rebounds. Valosun KP Brno (8-9) is placed seventh in the ZBL. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. Chomac's overall stats this season are: 6.0ppg and 8.3rpg. She is also Polish national team player.

   #5. International power forward Joanna Walich (183-81, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish LFB was not able to help Conquero (2-9) in their last game. Despite Walich's good performance Conquero lost 70-78 in Seu D'urgell to the higher-ranked (#7) Cadi ICG Software. She was the second best scorer with 12 points. Walich also added 2 blocks (was perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line) in 28 minutes. It was Conquero's fourth consecutive loss in a row. Walich is currently first on the league's list of top scorers and also on the list of best blockers (fourth place). She has very impressive stats this year: 19.4ppg and 4.9rpg in the 10 games. Walich plays currently for the Polish national team.

   #6. Power forward Natalia Mrozinska (191-84, currently plays in Hungary) was the major contributor in a Cegledi EKK's victory against the fourth-ranked PEAC-PECS (9-7) 81-77 in the Hungarian A Division last Saturday. She recorded 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Cegledi EKK (4-12) is placed eighth in the A Division. It was her team's first victory after three consecutive loses. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. Mrozinska is ranked eighth on the list of the top scorers in the league. She has very reliable stats this season: 13.5ppg, 5.2rpg and 1.3apg. Mrozinska is a former international player as she played for the Polish senior team eight years ago.

   #7. International center Patrycja Gulak-Lipka (192-82, college: Massachusetts, currently plays in Italy) was not able to secure a victory for Orvieto (3-7) in their game against Parma (8-2) in the Italian A1. She scored 7 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 19 minutes. Orvieto lost 53-65 on the opponent's court to the second-ranked Parma. It was Orvieto's fifth consecutive loss in a row. This year Gulak-Lipka's overall stats are: 3.4ppg and 2.6rpg in the 10 games. She is also Polish national team player.

   #8. Guard Katarzyna Cymmer (172-89, currently plays in Hungary) is a teammate of previously mentioned Natalia Mrozinska and both played together in the last Hungarian A Division game. Cymmer managed to help Cegledi EKK to win against the fourth-ranked PEAC-PECS (9-7) 81-77. She recorded 5 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. Cymmer's total stats this season are: 7.6ppg, 3.9rpg, 1.6apg and 1.8spg. She used to play for the Polish U20 national team back in 2009.

Former University international center Karolina Piotrkiewicz (190-84, agency: LBM Management, college: Liberty, currently plays in Italy) couldn't help Valmadrera (4-10) in their game against Milano (4-9) in the Italian A2 (12th division). She scored 6 points. Valmadrera (#11) was badly defeated 63-47 on the opponent's court by the lower-ranked Milano (#14) in the North group. Piotrkiewicz is currently third on the league's list of best rebounders. This season she has very good stats: 10.3ppg and 10.5rpg. Piotrkiewicz used to play for the Polish university national team six years ago.

Guard Magdalena Gawronska (168-83, another player represented by Promotex, currently plays in Germany) couldn't help Herner TC (2-10) in their game against Wildcats Wolfenbuettel (8-4) in the German DBBL. She scored 8 points in 21 minutes. The bottom-ranked Herner TC was crushed 88-63 in Wolfenbuettel by the much higher-ranked (#4) Wildcats. It was Herner TC's third consecutive loss in a row. This year Gawronska's total stats are: 5.7ppg, 2.4rpg and 1.5apg in the 11 games. She is a former university international player as six years ago she still played for the Polish national team.


The list of other players, who all have Polish passport but never been selected to any of Polish national teams:

   #1. Pauline Krawczyk (182-F-85, currently plays in France) managed to help Cercle Jean Mace Bourges to win against the league outsider Arras (3-13) crushing them 74-45 in the French LFB in Saturday night's game. Krawczyk recorded only 4 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Cercle Jean Mace Bourges (11-4) is placed second in the LFB. Krawczyk's overall stats this season are: 2.5ppg and 1.5rpg. She has a dual citizenship: Polish and French.

   #2. Nadzeya Drozd (174-G-83, currently plays in Belarus) was the major contributor in a Olimpia GrGAU's victory against the fifth-ranked Sozh Gomel (3-7) crushing them 87-58 in the Belarusian Premier League last Wednesday. Drozd had a triple-double by scoring 17 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and passing 11 assists in 36 minutes. SBK Olimpia Grodno (8-0) is placed first in the Premier League. So far her team won all eight games in the Regular Season. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Drozd is ranked first on the list of the best passers in the league and also on the list of most steals (first place). She has very reliable stats this year: 11.3ppg, 4.9rpg, 6.7apg and 4.0spg in the seven games she played so far. Drozd is another player who holds two passports: Polish and Belarusian.

   #3. Angelika Miszkiel (188-F-87, currently plays in Czech Republic) contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider BK Pliska Studanka (2-16) crushing them 81-42 in the Czech Republic ZBL last Saturday. Miszkiel scored only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 11 minutes. Valosun KP Brno (8-9) is placed seventh in the ZBL. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. This year Miszkiel's total stats are: 1.5ppg and 2.8rpg in the 10 games.

Experienced Spanish Sandra Ygueravide (172-PG-84) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's second-best Wisla Can-Pack and that's her to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 15. The 32-year old playmaker had the game-high 26 points adding six rebounds and four assists for Wisla Can-Pack in her team's victory, helping them to crush Basket Gdynia (#9, 5-9) with 21-point margin 88-67. The round was rather attractive and full of interesting results. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin. The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Sleza Wroclaw as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Sleza Wroclaw defeated 5th ranked AZS UMCS at home 80-71. Elitzur Maclaren Holon (D1) strengthened their roster with addition of 25-year old Israeli international power forward Bar Gilinski (185-92). It is actually her comeback to Holon as she has played here before. Gilinski started the season in the D2. Last year Gilinski played at Ramat Hasharon in the D1.
