GTK Gdynia (#8) forced the game against Trefl II Sopot (#5) into an overtime, but lost by three points 79-82 on Sunday night. The best player for the winners was David Brembly who scored 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). GTK Gdynia's coach Rafal Knap tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Trefl II Sopot maintains fifth position in Group A with 6-5 record. Newly promoted GTK Gdynia keeps the eighth place with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

Rest of the games of round 14 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
In Group A Korsarz Gdansk was defeated by SMS PZKosz in Wladyslawowo 74-65. Wilki Morskie beat Suchy Las at home 68-60. Ksiezak Lowicz won against MKS Skierniew. on the opponent's court 80-74. Notec outscored Basket Pila in a home game 80-61.
In Group B AZS AWF K-ce managed to beat Mickiewicz on the road 79-78. GTK Gliwice defeated Alba Chorzow on its own court 92-83. Pogon Prudnik was beaten by Nysa Klodzko in Kloszko 84-75. Sudety won against WKK Wroclaw at home 78-65. HK Zory unfortunately lost to Tychy on the opponent's court 86-97.
In Group C Wisla AWF Kr. was rolled over PWiK Piaseczno in a home game 68-91. Pulaski Warka lost to undefeated MCKiS Jaworz. on the road 61-78. AZS AGH Alstom was beaten by Legia on its own court 52-64.
The best stats of 14th round was 31 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists by Szymon Kucia of Pogon Prudnik.

Trefl II Sopot - GTK Gdynia 82-79 OT

GTK Gdynia (#8) forced the game against Trefl II Sopot (#5) into an overtime, but lost by three points 79-82 on Sunday night. GTK Gdynia was trailing by 8 points at halftime but managed to get 6-point lead after three quarters before a 19-13 charge of Trefl II Sopot, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 13-10. Trefl II Sopot made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Trefl II Sopot outrebounded GTK Gdynia 47-27 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. GTK Gdynia was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was David Brembly (197-93) who scored 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Forward Kamil Piechaczek (203-92) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds. Four Trefl II Sopot players scored in double figures. Forward Filip Put (195-93) produced 20 points and 4 steals and Borys Szycik (190-93) added 18 points respectively for the guests. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 28-14. But Suchy Las won second period 17-9. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Wilki Morskie forced 25 Suchy Las turnovers and outrebounded them 38-27 including 17 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was center Piotr Wojdyr (217-90, agency: Promotex) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Piotr Pluta (192-81, agency: Court Side) chipped in 21 points. point guard Piotr Wieloch (180-94) produced 19 points, 6 assists and 4 steals and Jakub Fiszer (185-95) added 11 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) respectively for the guests.
