The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season.

The most exciting game of round 25 in the 1Liga took place in Dabrowa Gornicza. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of 8th ranked WIKANA Start (13-12) to fourth ranked MKS DG (15-10) 84-83 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of WIKANA Start. WIKANA Start was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 7-point lead after three quarters before a 27-19 charge of MKS DG, which allowed them to win the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when MKS DG made 7 blocks. Forward Pawel Zmarlak (195-82) stepped up and scored 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and forward Michal Woloszyn (202-84) chipped in 17 points.
