American point guard Nic Wise (178-PG-87) had an amazing evening in the last round for Rosa Radom, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 21. The 25-year old player got a double-double of 23 points and 11 assists, while his team edged out Stelmet ZG (#3, 14-7) 100-96. Rosa Radom is placed at 11th position in Polish TBL. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 16 games and recorded just five victories. Wise turned to be Rosa Radom's top player in his first season with the team. Nic Wise averages this season 15.2ppg and 6.0apg.
The second best player in last round's games was 26-year old Bosnia and Herzegovina Robert Rothbart (217-C-86, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group) of Start Gdynia. Rothbart had a very good evening with a double-double of 25 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Start Gdynia was edged by the higher-ranked Siarka Jezioro (#9, 8-13) 75-72. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Start Gdynia dropped in the standings to very bottom position. 16 lost games are too many comparing to just five victories Start Gdynia managed to get this year. Rothbart is a newcomer at Start Gdynia, but is already one of team's top players.
Third on the list of top players last round was American forward Ruben Boykin (201-F-85) of Anwil (#5). Boykin scored 19 points and grabbed twelve rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Anwil, leading his team to a 75-68 win against the lower-ranked AZS Koszalin (#8, 10-11). Anwil needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 13 victories and 8 lost games. Boykin has a very solid season. In 21 games in Poland he scored 7.5ppg. He also has 6.9rpg and FGP: 55.3%.

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc. The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy. The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
