The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season. There was no lack of interesting games this round. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

Eighth-ranked Biofarm PZN (11-13) gave a tough game to fourth ranked GTK Gliwice (17-8) on Wednesday. GTK Gliwice managed to secure only one-point victory 57-56. However their fans expected much easier game. GTK Gliwice forced 19 Biofarm PZN turnovers. Power forward Marcin Weselak (204-79) stepped up and scored 4 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and point guard Aleksander Filipiak (185-90) chipped in 8 points, 6 assists and 5 steals. At the losing side forward Filip Struski (200-94) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. GTK Gliwice have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Spojnia. Biofarm PZN lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 13 games lost. GTK Gliwice is looking forward to face Astoria Bydg. (#15) in Bydgoszcz in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Biofarm PZN will play at home against GKS Tychy (#5) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
Very important is a road loss of second ranked Legia W-wa (19-6) against thirteenth ranked Rosa II Radom (9-15) on Wednesday night. Visiting Legia W-wa was defeated by Rosa II Radom in a tough game in Radom 79-85. Filip Zegzula (188-94) nailed a double-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for the winning side and Jakub Stanios accounted for 16 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Rosa II Radom's coach Karol Gutkowski allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The former international swingman Grzegorz Kukielka (191-83) came up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds for Legia W-wa in the defeat. Rosa II Radom have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Znicz Basket. Legia W-wa at the other side keeps the second position with six games lost. Rosa II Radom will play against higher ranked Notec Inowr. (#11) in Inowroclaw in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Legia W-wa will play at home against Znicz Basket (#12) and hopes to get back on the winning track.

Spojnia's coach Krzysztof Koziorowicz rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kotwica moved-up to ninth place, which they share with SKK Siedlce. Loser Spojnia keeps the third position with eight games lost. They share it with GTK Gliwice. Kotwica will meet higher ranked Polonia Leszno (#7) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Spojnia will play against the league's leader Sokol Lancut (#1) having rather not much hope for a victory.
Bottom-ranked Nysa Klodzko managed to get a sixth victory, breaking the series of two consecutive losses. This time they edged seventh-ranked Polonia Leszno in Kloszko 94-91. Worth to mention a great performance of Marcin Kowalski who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 7 assists. Nysa Klodzko maintains sixteenth place with 6-19 record. Polonia Leszno lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the sixth position with 11 games lost. Nysa Klodzko's next round opponent will be higher ranked AZS AGH Krk. (#14) in Krakow and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.

They maintain first place with 21-4 record. Loser SKK Siedlce keeps the ninth position with 15 games lost. Sokol Lancut will face Spojnia (#4) in Stargard in the next round. SKK Siedlce will play at home against Pogon Prudnik (#6) and hope to win that game.

There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 25: Notec Inowr. won against Pogon Prudnik on the opponent's court 75-69. Znicz Basket unfortunately lost to Astoria Bydg. in a home game 76-78. AZS AGH Krk. recorded a loss to GKS Tychy on the road 74-83.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 13 points and 10 rebounds by Daniel Grujic of Kotwica.

There was an upset when higher ranked Pogon Prudnik (14-11) was defeated at home by twelfth ranked Notec Inowr. (10-16) 75-69 on Wednesday. Notec Inowr. made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Mikolaj Grod (194-89) stepped up and scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Dawid Adamczewski (190-91) chipped in 21 points and 4 assists. At the losing side swingman Adrian Mroczek-Truskowski (192-85) responded with 14 points and 6 assists and Tomasz Prostak (188-88, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 16 points and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Pogon Prudnik's coach Tomasz Michalak let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. There was a surprise result in Pruszkow where fifteenth ranked Astoria Bydg. (7-17) edged higher ranked Znicz Basket (9-15) 78-76 on Wednesday. Strangely Znicz Basket outrebounded Astoria Bydg. 39-25 including 19 on the offensive glass. Point guard Patryk Gospodarek (184-94, agency: Octagon Europe) stepped up and scored 29 points and 6 assists for the winners and Dorian Szyttenholm (193-83, agency: Promotex) chipped in 16 points and 8 rebounds. At the losing side center Damian Cechniak (208-93) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 14 rebounds and 6 blocks and guard Adrian Kordalski (185-95) scored 16 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Znicz Basket players scored in double figures. Znicz Basket's coach Marek Zapalowski let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Astoria Bydg. maintains fifteenth place with 7-17 record. Loser Znicz Basket dropped to the twelfth position with 15 games lost. Power forward Marcin Weselak (204-79) stepped up and scored 4 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and point guard Aleksander Filipiak (185-90) chipped in 8 points, 6 assists and 5 steals. At the losing side forward Filip Struski (200-94) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and center Adam Metelski (206-83, college: Cal-Irvine) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. GTK Gliwice have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Spojnia. Biofarm PZN lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 13 games lost. GTK Gliwice is looking forward to face Astoria Bydg. (#15) in Bydgoszcz in the next round which should be an easy win for them.
