Malgorzaciak
There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in 1Liga.

GKS Tychy smashed Pogon Prudnik at home 103-76. GKS Tychy made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Pogon Prudnik's players. Swingman Filip Malgorzaciak (192-93) scored 24 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Norbert Kulon (187-92) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. GKS Tychy's coach Tomasz Jagielka felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Center Piotr Zielinski (200-83) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 15 rebounds. Pogon Prudnik will play next round against strong Polonia Leszno trying to get back on the winning streak. GKS Tychy will try to continue on its current victory against Kotwica in Kolobrzeg.
The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Enea Astoria (0-1) in Bydgoszcz. Hosts were defeated by Polfarmex (2-0) 73-62. Swingman Mateusz Zebski (190-92) notched a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort and Michal Marek supported him with 9 points and 8 rebounds. Even a double-double of 11 points and 14 rebounds by Mikolaj Grod (194-89) did not help to save the game for Enea Astoria. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Polfarmex will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Enea Astoria will play on the road against Nysa Klodzko (#15) in Kloszko to get more than just one victory in their record.
Quite upsetting was R8 Krakow's (#6) 17-point home defeat in a game versus Spojnia who crushed hosts The best player for the winners was Alan Czujkowski who scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. Patryk Pelka produced 18 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. R8 Krakow's coach Rafal Knap rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Spojnia will meet at home Sokol Lancut (#4) in the next round. R8 Krakow will play against Notec Inowr. in Inowroclaw and hope to win that game.
An interesting game took place in Wroclaw where Nysa Klodzko (0-2) was upset on the court of Slask (1-1) 70-56. Dominik Wilczek orchestrated the victory by scoring 12 points and 7 rebounds. Slask's coach Dominik Tomczyk allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Slask's next round opponent will be KK Warszawa (#13) on the road where they are favorite. Nysa Klodzko will play against Enea Astoria and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Pruszkow (1-1) crushed at home Notec Inowr. (0-2) by 37 points 89-52, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. Adrian Kordalski had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 assists to lead the charge for the winners. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Pruszkow will face Siarka (#16) in Tarnobrzeg in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Notec Inowr. will play at home against R8 Krakow and hope to win that game.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 2: Kotwica won against SKK Siedlce on the opponent's court 69-63. Polonia Leszno outscored Siarka in a home game 97-61. Winless KK Warszawa lost to undefeated Sokol Lancut on the road 71-85.

SKK Siedlce - Kotwica 63-69

But SKK Siedlce was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Kolobrzeg 69-63 on Saturday night. Daniel Grujic (201-90) scored 20 points to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Lukasz Bodych (201-90) chipped in 10 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Swingman Karol Obarek (194-93) responded with 14 points and forward Rafal Krol (200-87) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Four SKK Siedlce players scored in double figures. Kotwica will face GKS Tychy at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. SKK Siedlce will play against Biofarm PZN (#6) in Poznan and hope to win that game.

Polonia Leszno - Siarka 97-61

Very predictable result when Polonia Leszno (2-0) smashed at home Siarka (0-2) 97-61 on Saturday. Polonia Leszno dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Siarka's 26. Sokol Lancut - KK Warszawa 85-71
