Lamar Wright
American Lamar Wright (191-G) had a great game in the last round for Angra and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Proliga Player of the Week award for round 14.
The -year old guard had the game-high 37 points adding four rebounds and seven assists for Angra in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Sangalhos (#4, 9-7) with 35-point margin 86-51. Angra maintains the 7th position in Portuguese Proliga. Angra is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 7-9 record. In the team's last game Wright had a remarkable 76.9% from 2-point range and got four three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He just recently signed at Angra, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Lamar Wright averages this season 25.0ppg, 5.4rpg and 4.6apg. Worth to mention Wright played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 35-year old Cape Verdean swingman Mario Neves (190-G/F-77) of Electrico FC. Of course he lead Electrico FC to another comfortable win 82-68 over the lower-ranked Benfica B (#9, 4-11) being unquestionably team leader. Electrico FC's 3rd position in has not changed. His team's 12-4 record is not bad at all. Neves is well-known by Electrico FC fans and he already established his position as one of team's most reliable players.

Another victory and another confirmation that they may be right. Just look at their record: 14 victories and only one lost games. They are currently at the very top of the standings in . Reveles has a great season in Portugal. After 13 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 16.5ppg (4th best) and assists with 4.7apg (3rd best).
