The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season.

LPB top team - FC Porto Ferpinta (16-3) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they beat eighth ranked Ovarense (9-10) 89-73. FC Porto Ferpinta looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Ovarense's players. It was a great evening for American center Nick Washburn (208-91, college: Hillsdale, agency: Duran International) who led his team to a victory scoring 15 points and 7 rebounds. Serbian power forward Sasa Borovnjak (206-89, college: Penn St., agency: 011 Sports) helped adding 16 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). FC Porto Ferpinta's coach Moncho Lopez used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American point guard Nick Novak (182-90, college: Pitt-Johnstown) responded with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists.
