Jason Forte (196-F-84, college: S.Mississippi) is no longer a member of BC Mures Targu-Mures. The American forward left the club for Filipino team Alaska Aces. He will stay there for season 2012/13. Forte was one of the best Targu-Mures players this past season. He appeared 30 times for the club averaging 14.6 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists. He participated at Romanian League All-Star Game and was awarded with Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Honorable Mention -12. Jason Forte played for Targu-Mures also in 2010/11. At that time he was even better registering 17 ppg, 8.5 rpg and 2.1 apg for 33 games. For his performance Forte was awarded with Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Newcomer of the Year -11 and Eurobasket.com Romanian League All-Imports Team -11. The player had 12.3 ppg, 7.9 rpg and 2.7 apg for 7 games in Balkan league that season and was named to Second Team. In the past, Jason Forte played in Turkey, Germany, Philippines and CBA.
