There were only 2 rounds played so far and it's still very beginning of the Regular Season in Division A. The best stats of 2nd round was 15 points and 9 rebounds by Shanika Freeman of Satu Mare.

Alba Iulia - Sp.Studentesc 83-63

Alba Iulia led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Alba Iulia forced 24 Sp.Studentesc turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Amanda Thompson (183-87, college: Oklahoma) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Czech guard Tereza Brantlova (172-82) chipped in 19 points (perfect from downtown making all five shots). Serbian guard Marina Ristic (168-87) produced 15 points and 5 rebounds and Serbian center Vladinka Erak (190-84) added 10 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests.

Sf.Gheorghe led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Brasov to just 7 points in first quarter. Sf.Gheorghe dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Brasov's 26. Sf.Gheorghe forced 22 Brasov turnovers and outrebounded them 48-36 including 21 on the offensive glass. American swingman Jasmin Bailey (172-90, college: Ill.-Chicago) orchestrated the victory by scoring 30 points and 8 rebounds. The other American import guard Jence Rhoads (180-88, college: Vanderbilt) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Sf.Gheorghe players scored in double figures. point guard Gabriela Cursaru (169-92) replied with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and American forward Melani Thornton (185-88, college: Butler) added 10 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Brasov.
