The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season.

The most shocking disappointment of round 13 was a home defeat of 6th ranked U-Mobitelco (8-5) to seventh ranked Craiova (9-4) 86-77. U-Mobitelco trailed by 14 points at halftime and as many as 18 after three quarters before a 29-20 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 77-86 at the end of the game. American guard Travis Bureau (200-88, college: La-Lafayette, agency: SDJ Sports) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds for the winners and Serbian guard Rade Dzambic (188-80, college: NYIT, agency: TSS Management) chipped in 18 points and 10 assists. At the losing side American guard Derek Wright (180-86, college: Austin Peay St.) responded with 23 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Craiova moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Targu Mures. U-Mobitelco at the other side keeps the sixth position with five games lost. They share it with CSM Bucuresti. Craiova is looking forward to face Gaz Metan (#8) in Medias in the next round. U-Mobitelco will play at home against the league's leader Oradea and is hoping to win this game.
Division A top team - Oradea (12-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat ninth ranked Rovinari (7-6) 90-80. Serbian forward Milos Pesic (205-84) nailed 26 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side and Nemanja Maric accounted for 17 points and 9 assists. American guard Louis Darby (196-84, college: Long Beach St.) came up with 25 points and 6 rebounds for Rovinari in the defeat. Oradea have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. Oradea will play against U-Mobitelco (#7) in Cluj in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Rovinari will play at home against Pitesti and hopes to get back on the winning track.
Bottom-ranked CS Dinamo Bucuresti (0-13) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 13th consecutive match to sixth ranked Targu Mures (9-4) 87-66 on Friday evening. Vaidotas Peciukas fired 21 points and 4 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Leonard Filip produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Targu Mures moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Craiova. CS Dinamo Bucuresti lost their thirteenth game in a row. They still closes the standings with 13 games lost. Targu Mures will meet at home CSU Sibiu (#10) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. An interesting game took place in Pitesti where higher ranked CSM Bucuresti (8-5) was upset on the court of eleventh ranked Pitesti (6-7) 103-88. Worth to mention a great performance of Marcel Jones who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. CSM Bucuresti's coach rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pitesti maintains eleventh place with 6-7 record. CSM Bucuresti at the other side keeps the sixth position with five games lost. Pitesti's next round opponent will be higher ranked Rovinari (#9) on the road and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
An interesting game took place in Miercurea where 11th ranked Giurgiu (5-8) was upset on the court of fourteenth ranked Miercurea Ciuc (2-11) 76-63 on Friday. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when CSU Sibiu made 8 blocks. Lithuanian forward Mantas Griskenas (200-85, college: Wichita St.) stepped up and scored 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and American guard Jefferson Mason (198-88, college: Minnesota St.) chipped in 16 points. CSU Sibiu's coach Miodrag Perisic felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side American guard Jeremi Booth (195-87, college: Appalachian St.) responded with 19 points and 5 rebounds and Serbian power forward Dragan Petronic (206-82) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for CSU Sibiu. They moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Gaz Metan and Rovinari. Newly promoted Farul Const. dropped to the fifteenth position with 12 games lost. CSU Sibiu will face higher ranked Targu Mures (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Farul Const. will play against Miercurea Ciuc (#14) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
