BC Olimpia Brasov (Liga Nationala) signed 26-year old Serbian power forward Nina Djokovic (184-87, college: Bethel, TN). She just played at Vozdovac in Serbian A League. In 11 Adriatic League games this season she had 12.9ppg and 5.4rpg. The last season Djokovic played at Heli Girls in German DBBL. In 24 games last year she recorded 4.3ppg and 2.9rpg. The previous (10-11) season she played at Orion-GDKO Ibaizabal Galdakao in Spanish LF2. In 51 games that season she recorded 9.7ppg, 4.4rpg and 1.0spg. Djokovic was voted All-NAIA D1 1st Team back in 2010 at her college time. Djokovic represented Serbia at the European Championships U20 in Sofia (Bulgaria) six years ago. Her team won Silver and her stats at that event were 5 games: 0pts. Djokovic attended Bethel College, TN until 2010 and it will be her third season as a professional player.

Istanbul Universitesi SK added 26-year old Romanian Gabriela Marginean (182-F-87, college: Drexel) for the next season.
The season 2012 she started at CSM Targoviste in Romanian Liga Nationala. In 36 games she recorded 14.1ppg, 3.2rpg, 1.8apg and 1.1spg this season. The earlier season she played at Arras Pays d'Artois Basket Feminin (LFB) in French league. In 26 games she averaged 12.3ppg, 3.6rpg and 1.1apg. She helped them to win the cup. Marginean also played 10 games in Eurocup where she averaged remarkable 16.9ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.0spg. The previous (10-11) season she played at Panathinaikos (A1) in Greek league. In 26 games she was second best scorer with great 17.0ppg and had 7.3rpg, 1.5apg and 2.2spg that season. She contributed to her team making it to the semifinals. Great season indeed as she was selected Eurobasket.com All-Greek League Bosman Player of the Year and voted to 1st Team and voted to All-Bosmans Team. Marginean attended Drexel University until 2010 and it will be her third season in pro basketball. She was voted CAA Player of the Year back in 2009 at her college time.
