The game between Top Four teams took place in Alba Iulia. 4th ranked host Alba Iulia (12-6) lost to first ranked ICIM Arad (17-1) 71-59. Alba Iulia was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 20-6 charge of ICIM Arad, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Alba Iulia to just 6 points in fourth quarter. ICIM Arad made 16-of-18 free shots (88.9 percent) during the game. Americans were the main players on the court. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Chrissy Givens (180-85, college: Middle Tenn.St.) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Christina Wirth (186-87, college: Vanderbilt) who added 10 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Forward Rebecca Tobin (195-88, college: Arizona St.) responded with 23 points and 5 rebounds. ICIM Arad have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 17-1 record. Alba Iulia at the other side dropped to the fifth place with six games lost. ICIM Arad are looking forward to face Sp.Studentesc (#9) in Bucuresti in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Alba Iulia will have a break next round.

Sf.Gheorghe will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Timisoara will play at home against Alexandria (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 20: Satu Mare destroyed Sp.Studentesc on the opponent's court 84-59. Craiova lost to defending champion Targoviste in a home game 66-84. Brasov managed to beat Targu Mures on the road 69-65.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 22 points and 9 rebounds by Khadijah Whittington of Satu Mare.



Sf.Gheorghe - Timisoara 91-52

Fifth ranked Sf.Gheorghe (13-5) crushed at home 6th ranked Timisoara (10-7) by 39 points 91-52, which is the biggest margin this round. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Timisoara. The game without a history. Sf.Gheorghe led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Timisoara's 30 and made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Sf.Gheorghe forced 21 Timisoara turnovers and outrebounded them 55-31 including a 40-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. CSM Targoviste forced 24 Craiova turnovers and outrebounded them 37-23 including 26 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by American forward Jillian Robbins (190-84, college: Tulsa, agency: LBM Management) who scored that evening 11 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import power forward Ashley Walker (187-87, college: California) supported her with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Four CSM Targoviste players scored in double figures. CSM Targoviste's coach Georgios Dikeoulakos allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
