Dynamo Moscow grabbed nice 15-point road win against Sf. Gheorghe registering the second straight win in EuroCup regular season. Marina Kuzina (195-C-85) once again led Dynamo as she scored 27 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Katerina Keyru (182-F-88) had 13 and Natalia Vodopiyanova (190-F-81) added 10 pts. Florina Diacona (176-G-82) answered with 18 points in defeat. Ildiko Vass (178-G-78) stopped on 14. Dynamo won all four quarters in this game. Both teams were on fire in the opening ten minutes, but still it was Dynamo who held 19-22 lead. During the second period visitors intensified defense managing to stop Sf. Gheorge on just 10 pts more until the half time. On the other side, Marina Kuzina and her teammates delivered 15 for 8-point lead after 20 minutes. Nothing had changed after that as Dynamo controlled rhythm of the game. When visitors touched plus 15 at the halfway of third quarter it was already clear who the winner of this game will be. The guests had no troubles to keep the safe distance until the end and to celebrate totally deserved 54-69 victory.

Nadezhda Orenburg celebrated tiny 67-69 victory in Arad last night keeping the perfect score after two rounds in EuroCup, Group I. That was a very important game for both teams. ICIM Arad appeared for the first time this season facing with thriller defeat. Katerina Snytsina (188-F-85) was the leading player in victory with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Anastasiya Veremeenko (192-C-87) also shined netting 17 pts and grabbing 11 rebs, while Olga Ovcharenko (184-F-79) added 14 pts. Suzana Milovanovic (185-F-79, agency: LBM Management) top-scored in loss with 18 pts. Biljana Savic (191-C-83) (10 rebs) and Cherrisse Graham (171-G-82) had 12 pts each. Visitors opened the game better taking 19-24 lead after 10 minutes of play. Nothing has changed in the second period as Nadezhda players still controlled rhythm of the game. As a result the half time score was 32-47 for the guests. ICIM Arad players woke up after the breather. They started with melting the Nadezhda's lead, especially in the last quarter. Finally with 2 minutes remaining the hosts made a big turn taking one point lead. The match is decided in the last five seconds. Anastasiya Veremeenko was sent to the line and she made it twice for her team, 67-69. The hosts had a possession and just 5 seconds for it. Ramona Tarta (173-G-89) grabbed the ball, but she committed a turnover and Nadezhda came up with valuable road victory.
