There will be only one (last) round of the Second Stage in Liga Nationala.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked UBT Cluj Napoca (23-4) on the court of third ranked CSU Sibiu on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by CSU Sibiu 75-67. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 24-15 charge, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for American guard Marcel Davis (188-94, college: Utah Valley) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Kevin Hardy (188-93, college: McNeese St.) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. American Kyndall Dykes (192-87, college: New Orleans) answered with 13 points and 6 rebounds for UBT Cluj Napoca. CSU Sibiu maintains third place in Nationala with 17-10 record having just ten point less than leader Targu Mures. UBT Cluj Napoca at the other side still keeps top position with four games lost. CSU Sibiu are looking forward to face Oradea (#4) at home in the next round. UBT Cluj Napoca will play against the league's second-placed Steaua CSM and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another interesting game for Craiova (7-16) which played on the court of CS Dinamo Bucuresti (6-17). Third ranked Craiova had an easy win 87-72. American guard Tayloe Taylor (191-86, college: Livingstone) stepped up and scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and Jamar Abrams chipped in 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Craiova's coach Vladimir Vuksanovic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was center Iulian Orbeanu (204-91) with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds. Craiova maintains third place in Nationala with 7-16 record having four points less than leader Targu Mures. CS Dinamo Bucuresti at the other side keeps the fourth position with 17 games lost. Craiova will play against league's second-placed Phoenix Galati at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. CS Dinamo Bucuresti will play against the league's leader Targu Mures and hopes to get back on the winning track.
An interesting game for Targu Mures (11-12) which hosted in Mures second-best Phoenix Galati (8-15). First ranked Targu Mures had an easy win 91-75. Goran Martinic nailed 22 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists for the winning side. Marko Pavlovic came up with 22 points and 6 rebounds for Phoenix Galati in the defeat. Targu Mures maintains first place in Nationala with 11-12 record. Loser Phoenix Galati keeps the second position with 15 games lost. Targu Mures will meet CS Dinamo Bucuresti (#4) on the road in the next round. Phoenix Galati will play against Craiova and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Timisoara was also worth to mention about. Second ranked Steaua CSM (17-10) played at the court of 5th ranked BC Timisoara (12-15). Steaua CSM managed to secure a 4-point victory 84-80. The best player for the winners was Marius Runkauskas who scored 34 points (!!!). Steaua CSM maintains second place in Nationala with 17-10 record having just ten point less than leader Targu Mures. BC Timisoara at the other side keeps the fifth position with 15 games lost. Steaua CSM's next round opponent will be league's leader UBT Cluj Napoca on the road and it will be for sure the game of the week. BC Timisoara will play against Pitesti (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

The game in Timisoara was also worth to mention about. Second ranked Steaua CSM (17-10) played at the court of 5th ranked BC Timisoara (12-15). Steaua CSM managed to secure a 4-point victory 84-80. It looked good early as BC Timisoara took a 12-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Steaua CSM took control winning two of next three quarters and eventually winning the game that evening by 4 points. 27 personal fouls committed by BC Timisoara helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Lithuanian guard Marius Runkauskas (189-86, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 34 points (!!!). American power forward Randal Falker (201-85, college: S.Illinois) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds. Four Steaua CSM players scored in double figures. No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Oradea (15-12) crushed at home 6th ranked Pitesti (11-16) 104-65. The game without a history. Oradea led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Pitesti's 36. They outrebounded Pitesti 41-29 including 16 on the offensive glass. Oradea players were unselfish on offense dishing 33 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Pitesti's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Sean Barnette (197-86, college: Wingate) who scored 17 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Canadian center Sean Denison (210-85, college: Santa Clara, agency: 011 Sports) chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds. Four Oradea players scored in double figures.
