The game between Top Four teams took place in Moscow. First ranked host CSKA Moscow (9-1) defeated 4th ranked Lokomotiv (5-5) 87-70. The game was mostly controlled by CSKA Moscow. Lokomotiv managed to win fourth quarter 18-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of international center Andrey Vorontsevich (204-87) who helped to win the game recording 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international forward Andrei Kirilenko (205-81) who added 13 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) during the contest. The best for the losing side was American swingman K.C. Rivers (196-87, college: Clemson) with 14 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. CSKA Moscow have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 9-1 record. Lokomotiv at the other side keeps the fourth place with five games lost. They share the position with Spartak SP and Spartak-Prim..
