Fedor Dmitriev
Fedor Dmitriev
#1. This week's number one is former international forward Fedor Dmitriev (205-84, agency: Alti Sport). He was the major contributor in an Asseco Prokom's victory against the third-ranked Zastal ZG (6-4) crushing them 88-67 in the Polish PLK last Tuesday. Dmitriev scored 13 points. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in Group A. Asseco Prokom Gdynia (8-2) is placed first. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. It's Dmitriev's first season with the team. This year he averages: 5.9ppg, 1.8rpg, 2FGP: 42.9%, 3FGP: 39.5% and FT: 63.6%. Dmitriev played for the Russian senior national team six years ago.

Timofey Mozgov

#2. Second place goes to an international center Timofey Mozgov (216-86, agency: Ryzhov Stanislav). He contributed to an easy victory against the Los Angeles Lakers (41-25) 113-96 in the NBA on Thursday night. Mozgov scored 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 24 minutes. The Denver Nuggets have 38-28 record this season. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. This year Mozgov's overall stats are: 5.3ppg, 4.0rpg, 2FGP: 51.9% and FT: 66.2% in the 50 games he played so far. Former BC Khimky Moscow starter played for the Russian national team in 2012.

Igor Simin
Igor Simin
#3. The Russian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international guard Igor Simin (197-84), who plays in the Israeli National League (second division). He could not help Beer Yaakov (20-6) in their last game on Monday. Despite Simin's good performance the second-placed Beer Yaakov was defeated 84-78 on the road by the leading Hapoel Tel-Aviv in the Play-Off group. He recorded 12 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Simin has relatively good stats this season: 10.7ppg, 3.7rpg, 2.1apg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 45.5%, 3FGP: 35.6% and FT: 66.7%. He has a dual citizenship: Russian and Israeli. Despite Simin played previously for the Israeli U21 national team, he played also for the Russian national team in 2012.
