Latvian Zane Teilane-Tamane (200-C-83, agency: LBM Management, college: W.Illinois) inks with Nadezhda for the upcoming season. It's actually her comeback to Nadezhda Orenburg as she played here before. Teilane-Tamane played last summer at Phoenix Mercury (WNBA) in the U.S. She helped them to win the championship title and they made it also to the cup final. The last season Teilane-Tamane also played at Fenerbahce in Turkish league. In 18 Euroleague games she had 10.7ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.7apg. She played also 26 games in WNBA where she had 8.5ppg, 5.1rpg and 1.5apg. Teilane-Tamane helped them to win the championship title and they made it also to the cup final. A very impressive season as she was voted Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TKBL Bosman Player of the Year. She represented Latvia at the European Championships in Poland last year. Her stats at that event were 9 games: 9.9ppg, Reb-1 (9.1rpg), 2.0apg, 1.0spg, Blocks-4 (1.4bpg), FGP: 52.3%, FT: 67.7%. Teilane-Tamane has been also a member of Latvian international program for some years. She played for Senior National Team this year and previously for U20 National Team in 2002. Teilane-Tamane is quite experienced player. She played also professionally in Czech Rep., Hungary and Spain. Teilane-Tamane graduated Western Illinois University in 2006 and it will be her seventh season in pro basketball.

Spartak Vidnoe MR have quickly found the new head coach for the team. Alexandr Vasin will take over the Russian powerhouse after Pokey Chatman had decided to step down from the bridge. Spartak Vidnoe Moscow Region will have a new head coach next season. Pokey Chatman has decided to leave the team. She worked as head coach of Spartak since 2009.
