Balashov scored 14 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 21 minutes on the court.
It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group B. Pieno Zvaigzdes Pasvalys (11-1) is placed first.
It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row.
It's Balashov's first season with the team.
