CSU Asesoft Ploiesti erupted with 23-10 in the last stanza but could not catch up with the guests. Chester Simmons (196-G-82, college: Washington) poured in 21 points to lead all the winners, while Aaron Miles netted 17. Omar Thomas (196-F-82, college: UTEP) scored 13 and Evgeniy Kolesnikov (195-G-85) tossed in 10. Vladimir Tica (208-C/F-81, agency: BeoExcell) delivered 19 points for the home side and Darius Hargrove (193-G-82, college: Virginia Union) added 16. Khimky secure the Semifinal berth in VTB League as they swept the series against VEF Riga. The Russian side posted an 82:60 win in Game 3 and sent Latvian side out of the Play-offs.
