National League Round 10: Top-ranked Clark Eriksson Fury wins another game - Dec 2, 2012

National League top team - Clark Eriksson Fury (10-0) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Boroughmuir (4-6) in Edunburgh 68-41. Undefeated Clark Eriksson Fury have an impressive ten-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 10-0 record. Newly promoted Boroughmuir dropped to the sixth place with six games lost. Clark Eriksson Fury are looking forward to face Glasgow (#4) at home in the next round. Boroughmuir will play against Dunfermline Reign and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
Bottom-ranked Glasgow Storm is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their tenth consecutive match to fourth ranked Glasgow (7-3) 83-67. Glasgow have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Troon T. Glasgow Storm at the other side still closes the standings with ten games lost. Glasgow will play against league's leader Clark Eriksson Fury in Falkirk in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Glasgow Storm's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Glasgow to the arena Glasgow Rocks II.
The game between 9th ranked Dunfermline Reign (2-8) and second ranked Edunburgh Kings (9-1) in Dunfermline on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Edunburgh outscored Dunfermline Reign 101-56. Defending champion maintains second position with 9-1 record behind leader C.Eriksson F. Dunfermline Reign lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with eight games lost. Edunburgh Kings will meet at home St.Mirren S. (#5) in the next round. Dunfermline Reign will play against Boroughmuir (#6) in Edunburgh and hope to secure a win.

In the last two games of round 10 Glasgow R. II was beaten by Troon T. on the road 86-72. St.Mirren S. won against Stirling K. on its own court 94-83.


Troon T. - Glasgow R. II 86-72

No shocking result in a game when third ranked Troon T. (7-3) beat at home 6th ranked Glasgow Rocks II (3-6) 86-72 on Saturday. Troon T. maintains third position with 7-3 record having just three points less than leader C.Eriksson F., which they share with Glasgow Univ. Loser Glasgow Rocks II dropped to the seventh place with six games lost. Troon T. will meet Stirling K. (#8) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Glasgow Rocks II's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Glasgow Glasgow Storm.

St.Mirren S. - Stirling K. 94-83

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 8th ranked Stirling K.'s (3-7) road loss to seventh ranked St.Mirren S. (4-5) in St Mirren 83-94 on Saturday. St.Mirren S. moved-up to fifth place. Stirling K. lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with seven games lost. St.Mirren S. will meet league's second-placed Edunburgh Kings on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Stirling K. will play against Troon T. (#3) and hope to secure a win.
