Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Scots who are currently playing abroad.

Kieron Achara
Kieron Achara
#1. This week's number one is former international power forward Kieron Achara (208-83, agency: Two Points, college: Duquesne, currently plays in Greece). He was the major contributor in Kavala's victory against the sixth-ranked Apollon Patras (8-9) 85-67 in the Greek A1 in Saturday night's game. Achara scored 17 points, grabbed 6 rebounds, passed 3 assists and added 2 blocks (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) in 35 minutes on the court. Enosi Kalathosfairisis Kavalas (5-12) is placed 11th in the A1. This year Achara averages: 9.3ppg, 4.1rpg, 1.4apg, 2FGP: 63.6%(14-22), 3FGP: 56.3%(9-16) and FT: 83.3% in the seven games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Scottish and Nigerian. Achara played for the Scottish senior national team eight years ago.

Gareth Murray
Gareth Murray
#2. Second place goes to an international forward Gareth Murray (201-84, agency: Prossin Sports Management, college: Kalamazoo Valley CC, currently plays in United Kingdom). He contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Durham Wildcats (8-17) crushing them 99-73 in the British BBL last Sunday. Murray scored 10 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Glasgow Rocks (16-8) is placed fourth in the BBL. It was his team's seventh consecutive victory in a row. Murray has relatively good stats this season: 12.7ppg, 6.0rpg, 3.4apg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 49.3%, 3FGP: 35.3% and FT: 89.3%. He is in the roster of the Scottish senior national team.

Alasdair Fraser
Alasdair Fraser
#3. The Scottish player who performed third best last week abroad was former U18 international forward Alasdair Fraser (201-92, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA. Fraser could not help the Maine (6-8) in their last game. Despite his good performance the Maine lost 61-73 on the road to the University of Vermont. Fraser scored 11 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 34 minutes. They ended the series of three consecutive victories. There are only two games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This year Fraser has relatively solid stats: 12.7ppg, 6.0rpg, 3.4apg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 49.3%, 3FGP: 35.3% and FT: 89.3% in the 24 games. He played for the Scottish U18 national team three years ago.

Eoghan Dover

International forward Alistair Mackay (211-91, currently studies in the States) contributed to an easy victory against the Furman University (2-12) crushing them 73-36 in the NCAA on Wednesday night. Mackay scored 5 points. The Davidson College has quite an impressive 15-1 conference record this season. It was his team's 11th consecutive victory in a row. One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Scottish passport:

#1. Alex Marcotullio (190-G-91, currently plays college basketball in the States), who plays in the NCAA could not help the Northwestern (4-9) to beat the University of Illinois (7-6). Marcotullio scored 8 points. The Northwestern was crushed 62-41 at home by the University of Illinois. It was Northwestern's fourth consecutive loss in a row.
