Here is the weekly review of the top performing Serbian players, who play currently abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is former international power forward Zoran Erceg (210-85), who plays in the Turkish TBL. He could not help one of league's weakest teams Besiktas (22-8) in their last game. Despite Erceg's very good performance Besiktas was edged 69-67 in a derby game by the higher-ranked (#3) Anadolu Efes. He had a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 10 rebounds. Erceg also added 4 assists in 34 minutes on the court. It was Besiktas' first loss after four consecutive victories. Erceg has relatively good stats this year: 13.9ppg, 4.7rpg, 1.2apg, 2FGP: 56.2%(114-203), 3FGP: 41.8% and FT: 81.9% in the 40 games he played so far. He played for the Serbian senior national team three years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to former international forward Novica Velickovic (205-86). Velickovic led Real Madrid to a victory over the closely-ranked Caja Laboral (23-11) 76-69 in the Spanish ACB last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Velickovic scored 15 points. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Real Madrid (26-8) is placed second in the ACB. This season Velickovic averages: 7.1ppg, 3.4rpg, 2FGP: 54.6%, 3FGP: 41.7% and FT: 81.3%. He played for the Serbian national team in 2010.

   #3. The Serbian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Dusko Savanovic (204-83, agency: Beo Basket). Savanovic contributed to an overtime Anadolu Efes' victory against the closely-ranked Besiktas (22-8) 84-82 in a derby game in the Turkish TBL on Friday night. He scored 12 points and added 3 assists in 26 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (24-6) is placed third in the TBL. This year Savanovic has relatively solid stats: 11.4ppg, 4.9rpg, 1.2apg, 2FGP: 55.9%(114-204), 3FGP: 33.6% and FT: 84.3% in the 42 games. He is also a member of the Serbian senior national team.

An experienced forward Predrag Suput (200-77, also represented by Beo Basket) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked ratiopharm Ulm (27-7) crushing them 98-72 in the German BBL in Sunday night's game. Suput recorded 12 points. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Brose Baskets Bamberg (30-4) is placed first in the BBL. It's Suput's fifth season with the team. His overall stats this year are: 8.2ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.7apg. Suput is also Serbian national team player.

   #5. International guard Dusan Djordjevic (195-83, another player represented by Beo Basket), who plays in the Belgian Ethias League was not able to help Base Oostende (23-9) in their last game. Despite his good performance the league leader Base Oostende lost 65-70 on the road to the lower-ranked (#3) Spirou Charleroi. Djordjevic was the second best scorer with 11 points. He also added 5 rebounds and 6 assists in 35 minutes. It's Djordjevic's first season with the team. Djordjevic is currently fourth on the list of best passers with 3.4apg. This year he also averages: 9.0ppg, 3.2rpg and 1.1spg in the 36 games. Djordjevic has a dual citizenship: Serbian and Montenegrin. Despite he played previously for the Montenegrin national team, Djordjevic is currently in the Serbian national team roster.

   #6. Center Milko Bjelica (207-84, another player represented by Beo Basket) faced previously mentioned Novica Velickovic in the Spanish ACB last game. Bjelica was not able to secure a victory for one of league's weakest teams Caja Laboral (23-11) in their game against Real Madrid (26-8). He scored 6 points. Caja Laboral was defeated 76-69 in Madrid by the second-ranked Real. Bjelica's overall stats this season are: 7.5ppg and 3.2rpg. Despite he played previously for the Montenegrin national team, Bjelica is also an international player who is currently on the senior Serbian National Team roster.

Former University international power forward Dejan Borovnjak (207-86, another player represented by Beo Basket) was the major contributor in a Enel Brindisi's victory against the closely-ranked Tuscany Pistoia (18-10) crushing them 79-47 in the Italian Lega2 (second division) in Thursday night's game. He recorded 15 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 22 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Enel Brindisi (18-10) is placed third in the Lega2. Borovnjak is ranked seventh on the list of the best rebounders in the league with 7.2rpg. He also averaged so far 14.3ppg, 1.1apg and 1.7spg in the 35 games. Despite Borovnjak played previously for the Montenegrin national team, he is currently in the Serbian university national team roster.

   #8. Power forward Nemanja Bjelica (209-88, agency: Interperformances) is a teammate of previously mentioned Milko Bjelica and both played together in the last Spanish ACB game. Bjelica couldn't help one of league's weakest teams one of league's weakest teams Caja Laboral (23-11) in their game against Real Madrid (26-8). He cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. Bjelica scored only 2 points. Caja Laboral was defeated 76-69 in Madrid by the second-ranked Real. Bjelica's overall stats this season are: 6.2ppg and 3.8rpg. He plays currently for the Serbian national team.

63-year old coach Bosko Djokic. The last time (13-14) he played at KK Napredak Rubin Krusevac in Serbian KLS league. Djokic coached in the final of Radivoj Korac (Serbian Cup) in 2011. KK Vrsac Swisslion (KLS) added to their roster 27-year old Serbian point guard Nikola Otovic (185-89, college: Caldwell). He played last season at Filippos Veroias in Greek A2 league. In 23 games he recorded 13.0ppg, 1.7rpg, 4.4apg and 1.3spg. Otovic ended the previous (2014-15) season at Sloga where in 10 KLS games he averaged 11.2ppg, 1.7rpg, 4.6apg and 1.3spg. Partizan lands Stefan Pot on training camp deal - 10 hours ago

BC Partizan NiS Beograd (KLS) added 22-year old guard Stefan Pot (196-94) from KK Mladost Z Admiral Zemun to their training camp. In 19 KLS games he was second best scorer with impressive 20.5ppg and recorded 4.2rpg, 5.7apg (top 3) and 1.6spg last season. He can count that year as a very successful as was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Serbian League Honorable Mention.
