Serbia crushed Montenegro last night in Round Six of the 2013 EuroBasket Qualifications. It was comfortable 72-56 win for the hosts and now they have 3-2 record in Group A. Despite its first defeat, Montenegro stays on top of this group with almost perfect 4-1 score. Serbia shined in the second and last period to secure the victory in this game. Their key player was Milica Dabovic (175-PG-82), who registered double-double of 22 points and 11 rebounds. She was the MVP of this meeting with valuation 20. Tamara Radocaj (170-PG-87) (7 as) and Marina Mandic (181-G-83) netted 16 and 10 pts respectively. Visitors got 14 points and 9 rebs from Iva Perovanovic (189-C/F-83). Milica Jovanovic (189-F/C-89) and Snezana Aleksic (172-G-89) scored 11 pts apiece. Quarters: 15-16, 16-8, 16-17, 25-15. Maja Vucurovic won the Polish league title a year ago with TS Wisla Can-Pack Krakow. She had limited playing time, but did a good job for the minutes she was getting. Vucurovic played for Wisla also in 2009/10 and they reached Euroleague Semifinals. In the past, Vucurovic successfully played for Serbian youth National Teams. In 2012-2013 for Declercq Stortbeton Waregem she averaged 10.9 points per game.

Kristina Semeredi (185-G-77) wins the title in FYR Macedonia as her Krosig are the new Prva Liga champions. They defeated Vigor Skopje in the fourth game of the title series to win it 3-1. Elena Radenkovic nailed 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to pace the winners.

Kristina Semeredi and Sofija Lazareska chipped in 10 points each for the home team. Sanja Radenkovic responded with 13 points for Vigor. Andrijana Leskaroska and Slavica Dimovska had 8 points apiece in the loss.
