The game between Top Four teams took place in Novi Sad. Top-ranked host Meridiana NS (6-0) defeated second-best Zeleznicar (4-2) 77-72. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 27-21. But Zeleznicar won second period 18-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Meridiana NS forced 21 Zeleznicar turnovers. 28 personal fouls committed by Zeleznicar helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Bojan Davidovac had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Marko Savic (197-87) chipped in 16 points and 6 assists during the contest. Meridiana NS's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was forward Slobodan Stanojevic (201-85) with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Undefeated Meridiana NS have an impressive six-game winning streak. Newly promoted Meridiana NS maintains first position with 6-0 record. Zeleznicar at the other side keeps the second place with two games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Meridiana NS are looking forward to face Plana (#11) in Velika Plana in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Zeleznicar will play at home against Spartak (#14) in Subotica and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
Important game to mention about took place in Subotica. Fourth ranked Morava (4-2) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 14th ranked Spartak (1-5) 63-61 on Saturday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Center Srdjan Grujic (206-83) notched a double-double by scoring 18 points and 17 rebounds to lead the effort and Perica Mitic supported him with 18 points and 6 steals. Morava's coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 13 points, 7 assists and 5 steals by Davorin Kuntic did not help to save the game for Spartak. Morava have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 4 other teams. Spartak lost fourth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with five games lost. Morava will play against Napredak A. (#6) in Aleksinac in the next round. Spartak will play on the road against the league's second-placed Zeleznicar (#2) in Indjija to get more than just one victory in their record.
A very close game took place in Zrenjanin between Proleter Naftagas and Beovuk 72. Tenth ranked Proleter Naftagas (3-3) got a very close home victory over 8th ranked Beovuk 72 (2-4). Proleter Naftagas managed to escape with a 3-point win 73-70 in the game for the seventh place. The best player for the winners was Nebojsa Knezevic who scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Marko Babic who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Proleter Naftagas moved-up to seventh place. Beovuk 72 lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with four games lost. They share it with 5 other teams. Proleter Naftagas will meet Mladost Cacak (#12) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Beovuk 72 will play against Napredak Rubin (#3) in Krusevac and hope to secure a win.
Sixth ranked Napredak Rubin (4-2) crushed at home 7th ranked Partizan II (2-4) by 22 points 81-59, which is the biggest margin this round. It was a good game for Luka Milojevic who led his team to a victory with 24 points. Napredak Rubin's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Napredak Rubin moved-up to second place, which they share with 4 other teams. Newly promoted Partizan II dropped to the eighth position with four games lost. Napredak Rubin's next round opponent will be Beovuk 72 (#9) in Beograd and are hoping to win another game. Partizan II will play at home against Crnokosa in Kosjeric and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 6: Radnicki OB lost to Napredak A. on the opponent's court 70-78. Crnokosa managed to outperform Plana in a home game 81-77. Mladost Cacak recorded a loss to Mladost Zemun on the road 73-62.
