Here is the weekly review of the top performing Serbian players, who play currently abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international center Nenad Krstic (212-83, currently plays in VTB United League). He led his Russian team CSKA Moscow to a victory against the eighth-ranked CEZ Nymburk (2-3) 84-75 in the VTB United League in Sunday night's game. Krstic had a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 10 rebounds in 27 minutes on the court. CSKA Moscow (5-1) is placed first in group B. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Krstic has relatively good stats this year: 11.5ppg, 4.7rpg, 2FGP: 65.8%(25-38) and FT: 79.2% in the six games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Serbian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international power forward Milan Macvan (205-89, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group, currently plays in Turkey). Macvan contributed to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked TED Kolejliler (3-3) crushing them 90-66 in the Turkish TBL last Saturday. He recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 10 rebounds. Galatasaray Medical Park Istanbul (6-0) is placed first in the TBL. So far his team won all six games in the Regular Season. But the season just started, so everything may happen. It's Macvan's first year with the team. This season Macvan has relatively solid stats: 12.8ppg, 5.2rpg, 1.5apg, 2FGP: 63.0%(17-27). He is in the roster of the Serbian senior national team.

   #3. The Serbian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international point guard Milos Teodosic (195-87, currently plays in Euroleague) is a teammate of previously mentioned Nenad Krstic. But that was another game of his team in Euroleague which we would like to mention. Teodosic was the major contributor in a CSKA Moscow's victory against the sixth-ranked Lietuvos rytas (1-5) 71-62. He scored 13 points in 29 minutes. CSKA Moscow (5-1) is placed second in group D. Teodosic has reliable stats this year: 10.2ppg, 2.2rpg, 2.8apg, 1.2spg, 3FGP: 28.6% and FT: 92.9% in the six games. He is also a member of the Serbian senior national team.

   #4. Guard Uros Tripkovic (197-86, currently plays in Spain) led Blancos de Rueda to an overtime victory over the closely-ranked FIATC Joventut (4-3) 89-84 in the Spanish ACB in Saturday night's game. Tripkovic was MVP of the game. He recorded 27 points (!!!), 3 assists and 4 steals. Blancos de Rueda Valladolid (5-3) is placed seventh in the ACB. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. Tripkovic's stats this season are: 11.8ppg, 1.1rpg, 1.9apg and 1.1spg. He used to play for the Serbian national team last year.

International point guard Nemanja Nedovic (191-91, currently plays in VTB United League) led his Lithuanian team Lietuvos rytas to a victory over the closely-ranked Kalev/Cramo (1-4) 73-60 in the VTB United League on Monday night. He was the best player in that game. Nedovic scored 18 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius (2-3) is placed seventh in group A. Nedovic averaged so far 11.6ppg, 2.4rpg and 2.2apg. He plays currently for the Serbian national team.

Power forward Sava Lesic (205-88, currently plays in Ukraine) was the main contributor in Khimik's victory against the 12th-ranked Dnipro (3-9) crushing them 90-68 in the Ukrainian Superleague last Friday. Lesic was the top player that evening. He scored 21 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists. Khimik-OPZ Yuzny (10-3) is placed second in the Superleague. Lesic averaged so far 11.7ppg, 6.8rpg and 1.3spg. He is university international player as he played for the Serbian team one years ago.

International center Milovan Rakovic (208-85, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Spirou Charleroi (0-2) 85-69 in the Eurocup on Tuesday night. Rakovic scored 14 points in a mere 17 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Gescrap Bizkaia Bilbao Basket (2-0) is placed first in the Eurocup. There are only four games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Rakovic's first season with the team. This year he averages: 8.0ppg and 3.0rpg in the two games. Rakovic is also Serbian national team player.

   #8. Center Miroslav Raduljica (213-88, currently plays in VTB United League), who plays in Ukraine could not help Azovmash (1-5) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the tenth-placed Azovmash was crushed 89-67 on the road by the higher-ranked (#4) Unics Kazan in the group A of VTB United League. Raduljica was the top scorer with 25 points. He also added 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 28 minutes. It was Azovmash's third consecutive loss in a row. Raduljica's stats this year are: 12.3ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.2apg and 1.3spg in the six games. He plays currently for the Serbian national team.

International center Vladimir Stimac (211-87, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked s Oliver Baskets (1-1) 101-82 in the Eurocup in Wednesday night's game. He scored 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in a mere 18 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (1-1) is placed second in the Eurocup. There are only four games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Stimac averaged so far 13.0ppg and 6.0rpg in the two games. He is also in the roster of the Serbian national team.

Power forward Vladan Vukosavljevic (206-84, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Ukraine) contributed to Halychyna's victory against the closely-ranked Ferro-ZNTU (10-4) 93-88 in the Ukrainian Superleague on Sunday night. He was the top player that evening. Vukosavljevic scored 22 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 3 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Politekhnika-Halychyna Lviv (9-4) is placed fourth in the Superleague. Vukosavljevic averaged so far 14.5ppg, 8.5rpg and 1.2apg. He is a former university international player as five years ago he still played for the Serbian national team.

   #11. Former University international forward Cedomir Vitkovac (201-82, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to a 3-point Buducnost's victory against the closely-ranked Lukoil Academik 75-72 in the Eurocup last Wednesday. He was the top player that evening. Vitkovac scored 16 points and added 3 passes in 27 minutes. He averaged so far 12.0ppg, 2.0rpg and 2.0apg in the two games. Vitkovac used to play for the Serbian university national team five years ago.

   #12. International power forward Dusko Savanovic (204-83, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Euroleague) managed to help Anadolu Efes Istanbul in a victory against the fourth-ranked Armani Milano 77-71 in the Euroleague in Friday night's game. He scored 5 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 17 minutes. This year Savanovic's overall stats are: 8.2ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.8apg and 1.5spg in the six games. He is also in the roster of the Serbian national team.

   #13. Former University international guard Djordje Micic (195-83, currently plays in VTB United League) contributed to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked BC Astana crushing them 93-66 in the VTB United League last Sunday. Micic scored 12 points. He averaged so far 11.2ppg, 1.6rpg and 1.8apg. Micic used to play for the Serbian university national team five years ago.

   #14. Former University international guard Miljan Rakic (195-86, agency: BeoExcell, currently plays in Hungary), who plays in the Hungarian A Division was not able to help Jaszberenyi (4-4) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his very good performance Jaszberenyi was defeated 96-91 in Szombathely by the higher-ranked Falco-Szova (#4). Rakic recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 7 assists. Rakic is currently sixth on the list of best passers. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Rakic averages: 18.4ppg, 4.0rpg, 5.8apg and 1.6spg. He used to play for the Serbian university national team back in 2007.

   #15. University international center Dusko Bunic (206-89, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Eurocup) is a teammate of previously mentioned Cedomir Vitkovac and both played together in the last Eurocup game. Bunic contributed to a 3-point Buducnost's victory against the closely-ranked Lukoil Academik 75-72. He scored 14 points in 20 minutes. This year Bunic's total stats are: 8.0ppg and 1.5rpg in the two games. He used to play for the Serbian university national team last year.


The list of other players, who all have Serbian passport but never been selected to any of Serbian national teams:

   #1. Experienced Predrag Suput (200-F-77, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Adriatic League), who plays in Croatia could not help Cedevita (5-3) in their last game. Despite Suput's very good performance Cedevita lost 61-74 on the road to the much lower-ranked (#10) MZT Skopje. He had a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 12 rebounds (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) in 31 minutes. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. It's Suput's first season with the team. Suput's stats this year are: 11.1ppg, 5.3rpg and 1.3apg in the eight games he played so far.

   #2. Vladimir Micov (201-F-85, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in VTB United League) led his Russian team CSKA Moscow to an easy victory against the tenth-ranked Tsmoki-Minsk (0-6) crushing them 90-48 in the VTB United League in Saturday night's game. Micov scored 11 points in a mere 15 minutes. CSKA Moscow (5-1) is placed first in group B. It's Micov's first season with the team. This year he averages: 7.5ppg and 3.0rpg in the six games.

   #3. Jovo Stanojevic (208-C-77, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Turkey) led TED Kolejliler to a victory over the 12th-ranked Hacettepe (2-4) crushing them 84-60 in a derby game in the Turkish TBL in Saturday night's game. He was the top player that evening. Stanojevic recorded a double-double by scoring 18 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 5 assists. TED Kolejliler Ankara (3-3) is placed seventh in the TBL. Stanojevic belongs to league's top scorers and is ranked #2. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Stanojevic averages: 17.7ppg, 5.7rpg and 3.7apg.

   #4. Vladimir Jankovic (202-F-90, currently plays in Eurocup), who plays in Greece was not able to help Panionios (0-2) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Jankovic's very good performance Panionios was defeated 76-70 at home by the second-ranked Stelmet ZG. He was the top scorer with 16 points. Jankovic also added 6 rebounds. There are only four games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Jankovic is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fourth year in Panionios' roster. His overall stats this season are: 8.0ppg and 3.5rpg. Jankovic has a dual citizenship: Serbian and Greek. Despite his Serbian passport, Jankovic previously played for the Greek U16 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Serbian team.

   #5. Marko Marinovic (183-PG-83, currently plays in Bulgaria), who plays in the Bulgarian NBL was not able to secure a victory for Levski Sofia (3-2) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Marinovic's very good performance Levski Sofia was defeated 90-85 in Samokov by the higher-ranked Rilski Sportist (#3). He recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and making 10 passes. Marinovic also added 7 rebounds. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Marinovic belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #4) and also on the list of best passers (third place). This season he has very high stats. Marinovic averages: 19.0ppg, 3.4rpg and 5.8apg.

   #6. Dusan Djordjevic (195-G-83, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Belgium), who plays in the Belgian Ethias League couldn't help Base Oostende (4-3) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Base Oostende lost 89-95 in Aalst to the leading Okapi ar. Djordjevic was the top scorer with 18 points. He also added 5 rebounds, 5 assists and made 2 blocks in 27 minutes. Djordjevic is currently third on the league's list of best passers with 4.5apg. This year his other stats are: 7.8ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.3spg in the six games. Djordjevic is another player who holds two passports: Serbian and Montenegrin.

   #7. Marko Spica (205-C/F-86, college: Cent.Michigan, currently plays in Hungary) was the main contributor in Kaposvari's victory against the closely-ranked Falco-Szova 103-95 in the Hungarian A Division in Saturday night's game. He was the top player that evening. Spica scored 32 points (!!!). Spica is ranked fourth on the list of the top scorers in the league. This season he has very high stats. Spica averages: 21.5ppg, 7.0rpg, 2.0apg and 2.1spg.

   #8. Oliver Stevic (204-F/C-84, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Eurocup) faced previously mentioned Vladimir Jankovic in the Eurocup last game. Stevic was the major contributor in a Stelmet ZG's victory against the closely-ranked Panionios 76-70. He scored 15 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 31 minutes. Stevic averaged so far 11.5ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.5spg in the two games.

   #9. Milos Miljkovic (204-F/C-84, currently plays in Slovenia), who plays in the Slovenian Telemach League couldn't help Rogaska (3-2) in their last game. Despite Miljkovic's very good performance Rogaska lost 56-63 on their home court in Rogaska Slatina to the higher-ranked (#3) Helios. He had a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 12 rebounds. Miljkovic also added and 4 steals in 39 minutes. Miljkovic belongs to league's best rebounders (ranked #2) and also on the list of most steals (second place). He has very reliable stats this year: 13.4ppg, 8.6rpg and 2.0spg in the five games.

   #10. Rastko Dramicanin (207-C-86, agency: BeoExcell, currently plays in Hungary), who plays in the Hungarian A Division couldn't help Jaszberenyi (4-4) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Dramicanin's very good performance Jaszberenyi was defeated 96-91 in Szombathely by the higher-ranked Falco-Szova (#4). He was the top scorer with 32 points. Dramicanin also added 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Dramicanin belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #7) and also on the list of best rebounders (second place). This season he has very high stats. Dramicanin averages: 20.5ppg, 9.5rpg, 2.0apg and 1.6spg.
