24-year old center Boban Marjanovic (222-C-88, agency: Beo Basket) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team Mega Vizura and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 8.
He had a double-double of 26 points and 12 rebounds, while his team crushed Sloboda Uzice (#4, 5-3) with 19-point margin 100-81. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. It allowed Mega Vizura to consolidate first place in the Serbian league. Mega Vizura have a solid 7-1 record. Marjanovic turned to be Mega Vizura's top player in his first season with the team. Marjanovic has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (2nd best: 17.4ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 10.0rpg) and averages solid 1.5bpg and 74.3% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Mladen Pantic (209-C-82, agency: Alti Sport) of Borac. He is a center in his first season at Borac. In the last game Pantic recorded impressive double-double of 23 points and 16 rebounds. It was enough for Borac to edge the higher-ranked Radnicki Basket (#5, 4-4) by 6 points 96-90. This victory allowed Borac to move up to 10th position in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-5 record. Pantic is a newcomer at Borac and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.2ppg (#3). He also registered 13.4 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to swingman Djordje Milosevic (198-F/G-93) of Vrsac (#3). Milosevic showcased his all-around game by recording 21 points, nine rebounds and seven assists in the last round. He was a key player of Vrsac, leading his team to a 95-81 easy win against the lower-ranked Sloga (#14, 1-7). Vrsac needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 6 victories and 2 lost games. Milosevic has a great season in Serbia. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 3.5apg (8th best).
