Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Serbians who are currently playing abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international center Vladimir Stimac (211-87, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Eurocup). He led his Turkish team Banvit BK to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Azovmash (0-3) 97-81 in the Eurocup in Wednesday night's game. Stimac scored 22 points, had 7 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 26 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (2-1) is placed second in the Eurocup. There are only three games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Stimac has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 16.0ppg, 6.3rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 64.5%(20-31) and FT: 53.3% in the three games he played so far. Stimac is currently a member of the Serbian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international power forward Dusko Savanovic (204-83, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Turkey). He led Anadolu Efes to a victory over the 12th-ranked Turk Telekom (2-4) crushing them 96-57 in the Turkish TBL last Monday. Savanovic was MVP of the game. He scored 16 points, had 4 boards, handed out 5 passes and blocked 2 shots. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (5-1) is placed third in the TBL. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Savanovic's overall stats this year are: 9.0ppg, 3.7rpg, 1.7apg, 3FGP: 26.3%. He is in the roster of the Serbian senior national team.

   #3. The Serbian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Milan Macvan (205-89, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group, currently plays in Turkey). Macvan contributed to an easy victory against the eighth-ranked TED Kolejliler (3-4) crushing them 90-66 in the Turkish TBL on Saturday night. He had a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 10 rebounds in 32 minutes. Galatasaray Medical Park Istanbul (7-0) is placed first in the TBL. So far his team won all seven games in the Regular Season. But the season just started, so everything may happen. It's Macvan's first year with the team. Macvan has relatively good stats this season: 12.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 62.5%(20-32), 3FGP: 45.0% and FT: 94.4%(17-18) in the seven games. He is also a member of the Serbian senior national team.

   #4. Point guard Milos Teodosic (195-87, currently plays in Euroleague) managed to help CSKA Moscow to win against the fifth-ranked Partizan (1-6) 78-61 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. Teodosic recorded 5 points, 4 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals. CSKA Moscow (6-1) is placed second in group D. There are only three games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Teodosic's overall stats this season are: 9.4ppg, 2.4rpg, 4.0apg and 1.6spg. He is also Serbian national team player.

University international power forward Sava Lesic (205-88, currently plays in Ukraine) was the main contributor in Khimik's victory against the 11th-ranked Dnipro (4-10) crushing them 90-68 in the Ukrainian Superleague last Friday. He was the best player in that game. Lesic scored 21 points, had 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists. Khimik-OPZ Yuzny (11-3) is placed second in the Superleague. This season Lesic has relatively solid stats: 11.4ppg, 6.5rpg and 1.4spg. He used to play for the Serbian university national team last year.

   #6. Center Miroslav Raduljica (213-88, currently plays in VTB United League), who plays in Ukraine could not help Azovmash (1-5) in their last game. Despite Raduljica's very good performance the eighth-placed Azovmash was crushed 89-67 on the road by the higher-ranked (#4) Unics Kazan in the group A of VTB United League. He was the top scorer with 25 points. Raduljica also added 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 28 minutes. It was Azovmash's third consecutive loss in a row. It's Raduljica's first season with the team. He has reliable stats this year: 12.3ppg, 6.0rpg, 1.2apg and 1.3spg in the six games. Raduljica is an international player who is currently on the senior Serbian National Team roster.

   #7. International center Kosta Perovic (217-85, currently plays in Euroleague) contributed to an easy victory against the sixth-ranked Asseco Prokom Gdynia (1-6) 63-48 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. He was the top player that evening. Perovic recorded 12 points. Unicaja Malaga (6-1) is placed first in group B. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. There are only three games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game will be important. Perovic's overall stats this season are: 2.9ppg and 1.4rpg. He is also Serbian national team player.

   #8. Point guard Nemanja Nedovic (191-91, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Lithuania was not able to help Lietuvos rytas (1-6) in their last game on Thursday. Despite Nedovic's good performance Lietuvos rytas (#6) was crushed 90-66 in Barcelona by the leading Regal FC in the group D of Euroleague. He was the second best scorer with 12 points. Nedovic also added 3 steals. There are only three games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. Nedovic's overall stats this season are: 9.6ppg, 2.4rpg and 1.4apg. He plays currently for the Serbian national team.

International center Milovan Rakovic (208-85, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Lukoil Academik (1-2) crushing them 85-64 in the Eurocup on Wednesday night. He scored 6 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Gescrap Bizkaia Bilbao Basket (3-0) is placed first in the Eurocup. So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season. There are only three games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. Rakovic's overall stats this season are: 7.3ppg and 5.3rpg. He is also in the roster of the Serbian national team.

Guard Mladen Jeremic (196-88, also represented by Interperformances, currently plays in Italy) was the major contributor in a Trenkwalder RE's victory against the closely-ranked SAIE3 BO (4-4) 77-68 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game. Jeremic scored 17 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 34 minutes. Trenkwalder Reggio Emilia (5-3) is placed sixth in the SerieA. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. This year Jeremic's overall stats are: 7.5ppg and 2.4rpg in the eight games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Serbian National Team roster.

   #11. Former University international guard Uros Duvnjak (190-86, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Greece) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Panionios 86-70 in the Greek A1 on Sunday night. He was the top player that evening. Duvnjak scored 18 points in 33 minutes. Duvnjak averaged so far 11.5ppg, 2.3rpg and 2.8apg in the six games. He used to play for the Serbian university national team five years ago.

   #12. Former University international forward Cedomir Vitkovac (201-82, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to Buducnost's victory against the closely-ranked Spirou Charleroi 66-53 in the Eurocup on Tuesday night. Vitkovac recorded a double-double by scoring 10 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added 3 assists. Vitkovac averaged so far 11.3ppg, 5.0rpg and 2.3apg. He used to play for the Serbian university national team back in 2007.

   #13. Former University international guard Djordje Micic (195-83, currently plays in Poland) contributed to an easy victory against the eighth-ranked Kotwica 96-80 in the Polish TBL in Saturday night's game. Micic scored 14 points and added 6 assists. Micic averaged so far 10.3ppg, 1.9rpg and 3.3apg. He used to play for the Serbian university national team five years ago.

   #14. Former U20 international power forward Stevan Jelovac (208-89, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian SerieA was not able to secure a victory for Juvecaserta (3-5) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Jelovac's very good performance Juvecaserta was badly defeated 86-66 in Siena by the much higher-ranked Montepaschi (#3). He was the top scorer with 22 points. Jelovac also added 5 rebounds. Jelovac averaged so far 11.5ppg and 7.1rpg. He used to play for the Serbian U20 national team back in 2009.

   #15. Former U20 international center Uros Lukovic (212-89, currently plays in Balkan League), who plays in FYR Macedonia couldn't help Kumanovo 2009 (3-2) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite Lukovic's very good performance Kumanovo 2009 was crushed 92-71 in Bar by the lower-ranked Mornar (#5). He recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points and getting 14 rebounds. Lukovic is currently fourth on the league's list of top scorers and also on the list of best rebounders (first place). This season he has very high stats. Lukovic averages: 16.2ppg, 12.2rpg and 2.6bpg. He used to play for the Serbian U20 national team three years ago.


The list of other players, who all have Serbian passport but never been selected to any of Serbian national teams:

   #1. Oliver Stevic (204-F/C-84, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Eurocup), who plays in Poland could not help one of league's weakest teams Stelmet ZG (1-2) in their last game. Despite Stevic's very good performance Stelmet ZG lost 74-80 on the road to the second-ranked Base Oostende. He had a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 15 rebounds. Stevic also added 4 assists in 36 minutes. There are only three games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Stevic is ranked third on the list of the best rebounders in the league with 8.7rpg. This year he also averages: 14.7ppg, 1.3apg and 1.7spg in the three games he played so far.

   #2. Vladimir Micov (201-F-85, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in VTB United League) led his Russian team CSKA Moscow to an easy victory against the tenth-ranked Tsmoki-Minsk (0-6) crushing them 90-48 in the VTB United League on Saturday night. Micov scored 11 points. CSKA Moscow (5-1) is placed first in group B. But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen. It's Micov's first year with the team. His overall stats this season are: 7.5ppg and 3.0rpg.

   #3. Vladimir Jankovic (202-F-90, currently plays in Greece), who plays in the Greek A1 was not able to help Panionios (6-1) in their last game. Despite Jankovic's very good performance Panionios was badly defeated 86-70 at home by the lower-ranked (#5) AGOR. He was the second best scorer with 17 points. Jankovic also added 8 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 36 minutes. But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go. Jankovic is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fourth year in Panionios' roster. This season he has relatively solid stats: 10.3ppg, 6.0rpg and 2.3apg in the seven games. Jankovic has a dual citizenship: Serbian and Greek. Despite his Serbian passport, Jankovic previously played for the Greek U16 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Serbian team.

   #4. Experienced Jovo Stanojevic (208-C-77, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TBL was not able to secure a victory for TED Kolejliler (3-4) in their last game. Despite Stanojevic's very good performance TED Kolejliler lost 89-93 on their home court in Ankara to the lower-ranked (#14) Antalya. He was the top scorer with 25 points. Stanojevic also added 5 rebounds and 4 assists in 33 minutes. Stanojevic is currently second on the league's list of top scorers with 18.7ppg. This year he also averages: 5.6rpg and 3.7apg in the seven games.

   #5. Dusan Djordjevic (195-G-83, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Belgium), who plays in the Belgian Ethias League couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Base Oostende (4-3) in their last game on Friday. Despite Djordjevic's very good performance Base Oostende was defeated 95-89 in Aalst by the leading Okapi ar. He was the top scorer with 18 points. Djordjevic also added 5 rebounds, 5 assists and made 2 blocks. Djordjevic belongs to league's best passers and is ranked #3. His overall stats this season are: 7.8ppg, 3.5rpg, 4.5apg and 1.3spg. Djordjevic is another player who holds two passports: Serbian and Montenegrin.

   #6. Ivan Zigeranovic (212-C-84, agency: BeoExcell, currently plays in Poland) was the major contributor in a PGE Turow's victory against the eighth-ranked Kotwica 96-80 in the Polish TBL in Saturday night's game. He scored 19 points, had 8 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 26 minutes. This year Zigeranovic's overall stats are: 8.5ppg and 5.0rpg in the eight games.

   #7. Branko Mirkovic (190-G-82, agency: Global Sports Plaza, currently plays in Bulgaria) led Rilski Sportist to a victory over the closely-ranked Levski Sofia 90-85 in the Bulgarian NBL last Saturday. He was the top player that evening. Mirkovic recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and making 11 passes. He also added 5 rebounds. Mirkovic belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #7) and also on the list of best passers (third place). He has individually a very good season with high stats. Mirkovic averages: 16.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 5.6apg and 2.0spg.

   #8. Marko Spica (205-C/F-86, college: Cent.Michigan, currently plays in Hungary) was the main contributor in Kaposvari's victory against the closely-ranked Falco-Szova 103-95 in the Hungarian A Division on Saturday night. He was the top player that evening. Spica scored 32 points (!!!) in 37 minutes. Spica belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #4) and also on the list of most steals (fifth place). He has very impressive stats this year: 21.2ppg, 6.9rpg, 2.0apg and 2.1spg in the nine games.

   #9. Predrag Suput (200-F-77, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Adriatic League) contributed to Cedevita's victory against the league outsider Szolnok 91-86 in the Adriatic League last Sunday. Suput scored 14 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 28 minutes. Suput averaged so far 11.4ppg, 5.2rpg and 1.2apg in the nine games.

   #10. Aleksandar Mladenovic (207-F/C-84, currently plays in Romania) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams CS Dinamo Bucuresti crushing them 106-64 in the Romanian Division A last Friday. Mladenovic was the top player that evening. He scored 18 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Mladenovic averaged so far 10.6ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2spg.

Lokomotiv Kuban (VTB) is close to sign 27-year old American forward Kevin Jones (206-114kg-89, college: W.Virginia) who played last time at BC Partizan NiS Beograd in Serbia. In 13 KLS games he was the best scorer with 12.3ppg and averaged 4.9rpg (leader !!!) and 1.2apg last season. Jones helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. FC Bayern Muenchen (BBL) is close to land 27-year old Serbian international small forward Vladimir Lucic (202-91kg-89, agency: BeoBasket) who played last time at Valencia Basket in Spain. In 34 Liga Endesa games he averaged 4.9ppg and 2.0rpg last season. Lucic helped them to make it to the semifinals. He also played 15 games in Eurocup where he had 5.7ppg and 2.7rpg.
