There were many interesting games last round. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

The most important game in the last round took place in Nis between third ranked Sloboda (6-4) and fifth ranked Konstantin (6-4) on Wednesday night. Sloboda was crushed by Konstantin on the road 89-66. The game was mostly controlled by Konstantin. Sloboda managed to win second period 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Konstantin shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 55.6 percentage. Guard Vladimir Velickovic (178-89) fired 10 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Power forward Ilija Cvetkovic (207-88, agency: Prossin Sports Management) chipped in 18 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Power forward Nikola Jevtovic (208-89) produced 16 points and 6 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Konstantin have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Vrsac and Sloboda Uzice. Konstantin is looking forward to face Metalac (#8) in Valjevo in the next round where they are favorite. Sloboda will play at home against Smederevo Vizura (#13) and is hoping to win this game.
Leader Mega Vizura delivered the ninth victory. This time they crushed 8th ranked OKK Beograd (4-6) 107-80. Worth to mention a great performance of international center Boban Marjanovic (222-88, agency: Beo Basket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!). Nemanja Dangubic contributed with 21 points and 8 assists for the winners. Guard Vladimir Popovic (190-82) replied with 20 points and 4 assists for OKK Beograd. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mega Vizura (9-1) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. Mega Vizura maintains first position, which they share with Vojvodina. OKK Beograd at the other side dropped to the ninth place with six games lost. They share the position with Tamis and BKK Radnicki. Mega Vizura will play against Radnicki Basket (#7) in Beograd in the next round where they are favorite. OKK Beograd will play at home against Vrsac and hopes to get back on the winning track.
A very close game took place in Cacak between Borac and Tamis. Seventh ranked Borac (5-5) got a very close home victory over 10th ranked Tamis (4-6). Borac managed to escape with a 3-point win 61-58 on Wednesday evening. Nemanja Todorovic scored 20 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners. At the losing side Dejan Buric responded with 18 points and 8 rebounds. Borac have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Radnicki Basket and Metalac. Tamis lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. They share it with BKK Radnicki and OKK Beograd. Borac will meet BKK Radnicki (#9) in the next round. Tamis will play against the league's second-placed Vojvodina in Novi Sad and hope to secure a win.
We should mention about the upset which took place in Vrsac, where higher ranked Vrsac (6-4) lost at home to ninth ranked Metalac (5-5) 65-75. Stefan Zivanovic notched a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort. Vrsac's coach Oliver Popovic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Metalac moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Radnicki Basket and Borac. Vrsac at the other side dropped to the third position with four games lost. Metalac's next round opponent will be higher ranked Konstantin (#3) in Nis and it may be quite challenging game. Vrsac will play on the road against OKK Beograd.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Novi Sad. Local Vojvodina (9-1) outscored 6th ranked Radnicki Basket (5-5) 101-59 on Wednesday night. Nikola Kalinic fired 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Vojvodina have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Mega Vizura. Loser Radnicki Basket keeps the sixth place with five games lost. Vojvodina will face Tamis (#10) in Pancevo in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Radnicki Basket will play at home against the league's leader Mega Vizura (#1).

In the last two games of round 10 BKK Radnicki defeated Jagodina in Beograd 79-68. Smederevo beat Sloga at home 79-67.



Jagodina - BKK Radnicki 68-79

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both eleventh ranked BKK Radnicki and 12th ranked KK Jagodina had identical 3-6 record. But KK Jagodina was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Beograd 79-68 on Wednesday night. KK Jagodina was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 23-9 charge of BKK Radnicki, which allowed them to win the game. They also forced 19 KK Jagodina turnovers. Forward Predrag Kosanovic (203-76, agency: BeoExcell) fired 24 points and 6 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) for the winners. Guard Marko Boltic (193-87) chipped in 18 points. BKK Radnicki's coach Marko Icelic used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Marko Puzic (198-85) produced 20 points and 5 rebounds and guard Nino Celebic (187-90) added 10 points and 7 assists respectively for lost side. Four KK Jagodina players scored in double figures. BKK Radnicki (4-6) moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Tamis and OKK Beograd. Newly promoted KK Jagodina keeps the twelfth position with seven games lost. BKK Radnicki will face higher ranked Borac (#6) in Cacak in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. KK Jagodina will play on the road against Sloga (#14) in Kraljevo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

The game between closely ranked teams ended with thirteenth ranked Smederevo Vizura's (3-7) home victory over bottom-ranked Sloga (1-9) 79-67 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 11-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-67. Point guard Marko Popadic (190-89) fired 26 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Center Darko Rnic (208-89) chipped in a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-11 shooting from the field). Guard Mitar Trivunovic (196-77) produced 19 points and power forward Aleksandar Marelja (207-92) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Smederevo Vizura moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Jagodina. Sloga lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with nine games lost. Smederevo Vizura will face higher ranked Sloboda (#5) in Uzice in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Sloga will play at home against KK Jagodina (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Vrsac - Metalac 65-75

We should mention about the upset which took place in Vrsac, where higher ranked Vrsac (6-4) lost at home to ninth ranked Metalac (5-5) 65-75. It looked good early as Vrsac took an 3-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Metalac had a 22-15 second period charge getting the lead and Vrsac was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 65-75. Metalac made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Guard Stefan Zivanovic (196-89) notched a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and swingman Dragan Kruscic (198-86) supported him with 14 points and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists by Montenegrin power forward Nemanja Radovic (206-91, agency: Beo Basket) did not help to save the game for Vrsac. Forward Aleksandar Mitrovic (202-90) added 12 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Four Vrsac players scored in double figures. Mega Vizura led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Mega Vizura dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to OKK Beograd's 40. They outrebounded OKK Beograd 49-24 including a 33-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Mega Vizura especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. Mega Vizura players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of international center Boban Marjanovic (222-88, agency: Beo Basket) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!).
