International center Boban Marjanovic (222-C-88, agency: Beo Basket) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's leader Mega Vizura and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 24-year old center had a double-double of 18 points and twelve rebounds, while his team outclassed OKK Beograd (#11, 4-6) with 27-point margin 107-80. It allowed Mega Vizura to consolidate first place in the Serbian A League. Mega Vizura has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 9-1. Marjanovic turned to be Mega Vizura's top player in his first season with the team. Marjanovic has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (3rd best: 17.5ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 10.4rpg) and averages solid 1.6bpg and 76.7% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 23-year old center Darko Rnic (208-C-89) of Smederevo. Rnic impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds. Of course Smederevo cruised to a 79-67 relatively comfortable win over slightly lower-ranked Sloga (#14, 1-9). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Smederevo keeps 13th position. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-7 record. Rnic is one of the most experienced players at Smederevo and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was Stefan Zivanovic (196-G-89) of Metalac (#8). Zivanovic scored 20 points and grabbed thirteen rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Metalac, leading his team to a 75-65 win against the higher-ranked Vrsac (#4, 6-4). Metalac needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 5 lost games. Zivanovic has a very solid season. In 10 games in Serbia he scored 11.7ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Predrag Kosanovic (203-F-76) of BKK Radnicki - 24 points and 6 rebounds
5. Nemanja Dangubic (196-G/F-93) of Mega Vizura - 21 points, 2 rebounds and 8 assists
6. Nemanja Todorovic (205-C/F-91) of Borac - 20 points and 6 rebounds
7. Marko Puzic (198-SG-85) of Jagodina - 20 points and 5 rebounds
8. Branko Jereminov (187-G-87) of Tamis - 10 points, 3 rebounds and 10 assists
9. Nemanja Radovic (206-F/C-91) of Vrsac - 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists
10. Vladimir Velickovic (178-G-89) of Konstantin - 10 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
