We bring you last week's top performances from Serbians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

   #1. This week's number one is an international point guard Milos Teodosic (195-87, currently plays in Euroleague). He was the major contributor in a CSKA Moscow's victory against the fourth-ranked Brose Baskets Bamberg (2-6) 97-89 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. Teodosic scored 19 points and added 9 passes in 33 minutes on the court. CSKA Moscow (7-1) is placed second in group D. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Teodosic has relatively good stats this year: 10.6ppg, 2.3rpg, 4.6apg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 54.8%, 3FGP: 29.7% in the eight games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Serbian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international center Nenad Krstic (212-83, currently plays in Euroleague) is a teammate of previously mentioned Milos Teodosic and both played together in the last Euroleague game. Krstic led his Russian team CSKA Moscow to a victory against the fourth-ranked Brose Baskets Bamberg (2-6) 97-89. He scored 18 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. This season Krstic has relatively solid stats: 13.4ppg, 4.4rpg, 1.1bpg, 2FGP: 65.4%(34-52) and FT: 68.4%. He is in the roster of the Serbian senior national team.

   #3. The Serbian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international center Vladimir Stimac (211-87, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Eurocup). Stimac contributed to an overtime Banvit BK's victory against the closely-ranked Azovmash (0-4) 95-88 in the Eurocup on Wednesday night. He had a double-double by scoring 20 points and getting 10 rebounds in 22 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (3-1) is placed second in the Eurocup. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. It's Stimac's first season with the team. Stimac has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 17.0ppg, 7.3rpg, 1.5apg, 2FGP: 67.4%(29-43) and FT: 52.6% in the four games. Stimac is also a member of the Serbian senior national team.

   #4. Center Milovan Rakovic (208-85, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Lukoil Academik (1-3) crushing them 82-60 in the Eurocup last Wednesday. He recorded 10 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 22 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Gescrap Bizkaia Bilbao Basket (4-0) is placed first in the Eurocup. So far his team won all four games in the Regular Season. There are only two games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be important. This year Rakovic's overall stats are: 8.0ppg and 6.0rpg in the four games. He is also Serbian national team player.

   #5. International point guard Nemanja Nedovic (191-91, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Lithuania could not help Lietuvos rytas (1-7) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the sixth-placed Lietuvos rytas was edged 75-74 on the road by the higher-ranked (#5) Partizan in the group D of Euroleague. Nedovic was the top scorer with 16 points. He also added 3 passes in 25 minutes. It was Lietuvos rytas' fifth consecutive loss in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. Nedovic has reliable stats this year: 10.4ppg, 2.4rpg and 1.6apg in the eight games. He plays currently for the Serbian national team.

Power forward Milan Macvan (205-89, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to an easy victory against the league leader Lokomotiv (3-1) crushing them 76-52 in the Eurocup last Wednesday. Macvan recorded 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds (made all of his six free throws). It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Galatasaray Medical Park Istanbul (3-1) is placed second in the Eurocup. There are only two games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. Macvan's total stats this season are: 9.3ppg and 2.5rpg. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Serbian National Team roster.

Former University international power forward Tadija Dragicevic (206-86, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Ukraine) led Azovmash to a victory over the 12th-ranked Dnipro (4-12) crushing them 89-63 in the Ukrainian Superleague on Sunday night. Dragicevic was MVP of the game. He scored 21 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 20 minutes. Azovmash Mariupol (11-4) is placed third in the Superleague. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Dragicevic's total stats are: 9.8ppg, 5.6rpg and 2.1apg in the 15 games. He used to play for the Serbian university national team three years ago.

Power forward Dusko Savanovic (204-83, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Euroleague) contributed to an Anadolu Efes' victory against the fifth-ranked Cedevita (2-6) 81-73 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. Savanovic scored 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (5-3) is placed third in group C. There are only two games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. Savanovic has averaged so far 7.8ppg, 3.8rpg, 1.8apg and 1.4spg. He plays currently for the Serbian national team.

Rasic scored 10 points and added 3 passes in 20 minutes. Montepaschi Siena (5-3) is placed third in group B. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Euroleague Regular Season. This year Rasic averages only 4.0ppg in the four games. He is also in the roster of the Serbian national team.

Forward Cedomir Vitkovac (201-82, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Adriatic League) contributed to a 2-point Buducnost's victory against the closely-ranked Radnicki KG (6-5) 80-78 in the Adriatic League on Saturday night. Vitkovac recorded 13 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. KK Buducnost Voli Podgorica (6-5) is placed fifth in the Adriatic League. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Vitkovac has averaged so far 9.7ppg, 4.9rpg and 2.0apg. He is a former university international player as five years ago he still played for the Serbian national team.

   #11. Former University international power forward Vladan Vukosavljevic (206-84, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Ukraine), who plays in the Ukrainian Superleague was not able to help Halychyna (9-7) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Halychyna was edged 70-69 in Dniprodzerzhynsk by the lower-ranked (#11) DniproAzot. Vukosavljevic had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 15 rebounds in 33 minutes. His stats this year are: 14.1ppg, 8.5rpg and 1.1apg in the 16 games. Vukosavljevic used to play for the Serbian university national team five years ago.

   #12. International center Miroslav Raduljica (213-88, currently plays in Ukraine) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tadija Dragicevic. But that was another game of his team in Ukrainian Superleague which we would like to mention. Raduljica contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked BC Donetsk 86-69. He scored 16 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 24 minutes. Raduljica averaged so far 13.0ppg, 4.9rpg and 1.1bpg in the 15 games. He is also in the roster of the Serbian national team.

   #13. University international guard Slobodan Dundjerski (188-88, agency: Alti Sport, currently plays in Romania), who plays in the Romanian Division A was not able to secure a victory for Gaz Metan (7-4) in their last game. Despite Dundjerski's good performance Gaz Metan lost in an overtime 93-98 at home to the lower-ranked (#11) CSU Sibiu. He recorded 14 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists in 37 minutes. Dundjerski belongs to league's best passers and is ranked #5 with 5.2apg. He also averaged so far 12.5ppg, 4.4rpg and 1.2spg in the 11 games. Dundjerski used to play for the Serbian university national team last year.

   #14. Former University international guard Djordje Micic (195-83, currently plays in Poland) contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Kotwica 96-80 in the Polish TBL last Saturday. He scored 14 points and added 6 assists. Micic averaged so far 10.3ppg, 1.9rpg and 3.3apg. He used to play for the Serbian university national team back in 2007.

   #15. International guard Uros Tripkovic (197-86, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB couldn't help Blancos de Rueda (5-5) in their last game. Despite Tripkovic's good performance Blancos de Rueda was edged in an overtime 104-102 in Madrid by the lower-ranked (#15) Baloncesto Fuenlabrada. He recorded 14 points and added 3 passes in 33 minutes. Tripkovic averaged so far 11.8ppg, 1.2rpg, 2.1apg and 1.1spg in the 10 games. He used to play for the Serbian national team last year.


The list of other players, who all have Serbian passport but never been selected to any of Serbian national teams:

   #1. Aleksandar Mladenovic (207-F/C-84, currently plays in EuroChallenge), who plays in Romania could not help Gaz Metan (3-1) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite his very good performance the first-placed Gaz Metan was defeated 83-79 on the road by the lower-ranked JDA Dijon (#4) in the group D of EuroChallenge. Mladenovic was the top scorer with 29 points. He also added 6 rebounds. There are only two games left until the end of the EuroChallenge Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Mladenovic has reliable stats this season: 10.8ppg, 2.3rpg and 1.3spg.

   #2. Ivan Zigeranovic (212-C-84, agency: BeoExcell, currently plays in Poland) was the major contributor in a PGE Turow's victory against the ninth-ranked Kotwica (3-7) 96-80 in the Polish TBL on Saturday night. Zigeranovic scored 19 points, had 8 rebounds and made 2 blocks. PGE Turow Zgorzelec (7-2) is placed first in the TBL. Zigeranovic's total stats this season are: 8.8ppg and 5.2rpg.

   #3. Nikola Gacesa (205-F-87, college: TCU, currently plays in Slovenia) led Helios to a victory against the closely-ranked Maribor Messer (5-2) 85-78 in the Slovenian Telemach League on Saturday night. Gacesa recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 12 rebounds (made all of his five free throws); quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Helios Domzale (5-2) is placed second in the Telemach League. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. Gacesa belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #5) and also on the list of best rebounders (fifth place). He has individually a very good season with high stats. Gacesa averages: 16.0ppg and 7.8rpg.

   #4. Milos Pesic (205-F-84, currently plays in Romania) led Oradea to a victory over the 12th-ranked Giurgiu (4-6) 80-70 in the Romanian Division A in Monday night's game. He was the best player in that game. Pesic scored 21 points, had 9 rebounds, passed 8 assists and added 2 blocks in 33 minutes. CSM Oradea (9-1) is placed first in the Division A. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. Pesic is currently fourth on the league's list of top scorers with 18.4ppg. He also averaged so far 6.0rpg and 3.8apg in the nine games he played so far.

   #5. Experienced Jovo Stanojevic (208-C-77, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TBL was not able to help TED Kolejliler (3-4) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Stanojevic's very good performance TED Kolejliler was defeated 93-89 at home by the one of league's weakest teams Antalya (#15). He was the top scorer with 25 points. Stanojevic also added 5 rebounds and 4 assists. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Stanojevic is currently second on the list of top scorers. This season he has very high stats. Stanojevic averages: 18.7ppg, 5.6rpg and 3.7apg.

   #6. Oliver Stevic (204-F/C-84, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Eurocup) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Base Oostende crushing them 85-61 in the Eurocup on Wednesday night. He recorded 16 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 28 minutes. Stevic belongs to league's best rebounders and is ranked #2 with 8.3rpg. This year his other stats are: 15.0ppg and 1.3spg in the four games.

   #7. Damir Latovic (204-C-80, currently plays in Greece) contributed to AGOR's victory against the closely-ranked Apollon Patras 77-71 in the Greek A1 in Sunday night's game. Latovic recorded 13 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks. He has averaged so far 6.6ppg and 3.5rpg.

   #8. Vladimir Micov (201-F-85, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Russia) managed to help CSKA Moscow in a victory against the eighth-ranked Unics Kazan 79-64 in the Russian PBL last Sunday. Micov recorded 5 points in 15 minutes. He has averaged so far 4.3ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.3apg in the three games.

   #9. Uros Lucic (207-C-83, currently plays in Adriatic League) contributed to a 3-point Krka's victory against the closely-ranked Un.Olimpija 79-76 in the Adriatic League in Sunday night's game. Lucic recorded 15 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 29 minutes. Lucic has averaged so far 6.9ppg and 4.5rpg in the 10 games.

   #10. Tomislav Ivosev (204-F-90, currently plays in Hungary) was the main contributor in Falco-Szova's victory against the ninth-ranked Marso NYKK 96-83 in the Hungarian A Division last Saturday. He was the best player in that game. Ivosev scored 26 points (!!!), made 4 passes and 3 steals. Ivosev is currently fifth on the list of best blockers. This season he has very high stats. Ivosev averages: 16.2ppg, 4.3rpg, 1.4apg and 2.0spg.

BK Inter Incheba Bratislava (SBL) tabbed 26-year old Serbian guard Aleksandar Vlahovic (190-90, agency: 011 Sports). He played most recently at Esprit Kosice in Slovakian SBL league. In 23 games he averaged impressive 15.3ppg, 2.7rpg, 4.0apg and 1.0spg last season. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Timothe Luwawu (201-95, agency: BeoBasket) said that his plan is to join next season (17/18) in NBA. Last night Luwawu was drafted by the 76ers in first round (24th overall). He played this season at BC Mega Leks in Serbia.
