Aleksa Stamenkovic had an amazing evening in the last round for Radnicki OB and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com B League Player of the Week award for round 11.
The -year old had the game-high 20 points adding eight rebounds and seven assists for Radnicki OB in his team's victory, helping them to beat Meridiana NS (#1, 10-1) 86-78. Radnicki OB is placed at 11th position in Serbian B League. Radnicki OB is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-7 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Stamenkovic as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Aleksa Stamenkovic averages this season 11.0ppg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 39-year old center Nikola Glisovic (209-C-73) of Plana. Glisovic impressed basketball fans with 28 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Plana lost that game 84-93 to the higher-ranked Beovuk 72 (#10, 4-7). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Plana dropped in the standings to second-to-the-bottom (13th) position. 8 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories Plana managed to get this year. Glisovic is a newcomer at Plana and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 19.5ppg (#3). He also registered 6.1 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was Marko Savic (197-G-87) of top-ranked Meridiana NS. Savic showcased his all-around game by recording 27 points, seven rebounds and six assists in the last round. Despite Savic's great performance Meridiana NS lost 78-86 to the lower-ranked Radnicki OB (#11, 4-7). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. That was shocking loss for Meridiana NS and their fans. Hopefully so far almost perfect season will not turn around. They still have impressive 10-1 record in the league holding top position in the standings. Savic plays for a very strong team and Meridiana NS has many quality players. So achieving that high stats is even more impressive. Savic has a great season in Serbia. After 11 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.3ppg (4th best) and assists with 4.4apg (3rd best). He also has 2.7spg and FGP: 57.0%.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Marjan Tasic (205-C-81) of Radnicki OB - 19 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists
5. Nikola Vukovic (202-F/C-90) of Mladost Zemun - 18 points and 11 rebounds
6. Dragan Boricic (201-F-77) of Radnicki OB - 18 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists
7. Milos Milisavljevic) of Spartak - 16 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists
8. Nikola Milutinov (212-C-94) of Partizan II - 16 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists
9. Milos Jevtic) of Radnicki OB - 20 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists
10. Nikola Pavlovic) of Mladost Zemun - 20 points

The Player of the week is chosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
