ZKK Beocin (A League) agreed terms with 34-year old Serbian guard Tamara Ruzic (180-79, college: Charleston Southern). She already started the season at Solna Vikings in Swedish Damligan. In 11 games this season she had 9.6ppg, 4.1rpg, 1.9apg and 1.5spg. The last season Ruzic played at Jagodina 2001. In 23 A League games last year she recorded 13.7ppg, 4.9rpg, 3.0apg and 1.3spg. The previous (10-11) season she played at Apollon Ptolemaidos (A1) in Greek A1. In 22 games that season she recorded 10.7ppg, 5.3rpg, 2.5apg and 1.0spg. Quite impressive season as she was named to Eurobasket.com Greek League All-Bosmans Team. The list of the past achievements is quite long as Ruzic won Montenegrin League championship title in 2009. She was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Swedish Damligan 1st Team back in 2006. Ruzic is quite experienced player. She has played also professionally in Austria (WBC Raiffeisen), Cyprus (AEL Limassol), Hungary (Szolnok), Poland (Lider Pruszkow), Russia, Slovakia (Nitra) and Montenegro (KK Jedinstvo Bijelo Polje). Ruzic attended Charleston Southern until 2003 and it will be her tenth season as a professional player. On Ruzic: Tamara is a prolific player that can play all 3 positions (point guard, shooting guard and a small forward) with out problems. An Extremely explosive player who is expected to provide a lot of scoring for the team. Immeditely changed the complexity of a game from the moment she steps on the court. Can play the point gurd and shooting guard.Brings great quickness and defensive tenacity to the floor. Smooth player who has a European flair, slick scorer with a excelent shot, always finds a way to score. Very Athletic guard with impressive defensive skills. An excellent 3 point shooter who can penetrate on the drive. Exceptional ball-handler, sound floor vision. Team player and steps up in crucial situations. Very aggresive rebounder. Very coachable player, tremendous work ethic. Plays with confidence. Has great personality.

Both teams posted the same number of points in the last stanza for the final result. Jovana Rad (187-PF-87, agency: Josep and Nicolas) paced all the winners with 13 points and Jelena Milovanovic (190-PF-89) notched 12. Popovic delivered 10, whilst Bojana Vulic (191-F/C-84) scored 9. Lucia Kupcikova (184-F-84) answered with 15 points in the losing effort and Vinucalova posted 8. Gabriela Kubatova (171-G-84) followed them with 7 and Krcturbova scored 6.
