Host teams show no mercy winning all games. There were many interesting games last round. The round ended with derby games and favorites losing the games.

The most important game in the last round took place in Valjevo between third ranked Sloboda (10-6) and fourth ranked Metalac (10-6) on Saturday night. Sloboda was defeated by Metalac in a tough game on the road 73-77. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Sloboda. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 77-73. Metalac outrebounded Sloboda 40-28 including a 29-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. 30 personal fouls committed by Sloboda helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Stefan Zivanovic (196-89) fired 17 points for the winners. Montenegrin Bojan Bakic (195-83, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 14 points (made all of his twelve free throws !!!). Power forward Bogdan Obrenovic (206-90, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group) produced 17 points and 9 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Metalac moved-up to third place, which they share with Sloboda Uzice. Metalac is looking forward to face Borac (#6) in Cacak in the next round. Sloboda will play at home against OKK Beograd and is hoping to win this game.
Leader Mega Vizura delivered the thirteenth victory. This time they beat 5th ranked Konstantin (8-8) 86-70. Mega Vizura maintains first position with 13-3 record. Newly promoted Konstantin keeps the fifth place with eight games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Mega Vizura will play against bottom-ranked Sloga (#14) in Kraljevo in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Konstantin will play at home against Vrsac (#9) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game in Cacak supposed to be also quite interesting. 5th ranked Vrsac (8-8) played at the court of seventh ranked Borac (8-8). Borac did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 81-61 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of Nemanja Todorovic who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 15 rebounds. At the losing side Dusan Cvetkovic responded with 15 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Borac moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Vrsac. Vrsac lost third consecutive game. Borac will meet higher ranked Metalac (#4) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Vrsac will play against Konstantin in Nis and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Beograd. Local OKK Beograd (8-8) outscored 14th ranked Sloga (4-12) 109-66. The winners were led by Stanoje Knezevic who scored that evening 17 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. OKK Beograd have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Sloga at the other side stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost. OKK Beograd's next round opponent will be higher ranked Sloboda (#3) in Uzice and it may be quite challenging game. Sloga will play at home against the league's leader Mega Vizura (#1).
Another interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Beograd: Radnicki Basket (#9) and BKK Radnicki (#11). Radnicki Basket (8-8) won against visiting BKK Radnicki (6-10) 75-61. Milos Bojovic fired 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Radnicki Basket's coach Milos Pejic used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Radnicki Basket moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams. BKK Radnicki lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with ten games lost. Radnicki Basket will face bottom-ranked Sloga (#14) in Kraljevo in the next round and are hoping to win another game. BKK Radnicki will play at home against Tamis in Pancevo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 16 Jagodina was crushed by Tamis in Pancevo 76-56. Vojvodina smashed Smederevo at home 103-78.
The best stats of 16th round was 21 points and 16 rebounds by Rajko Kljajevic of Jagodina.


Mega Vizura - Konstantin 86-70

Leader Mega Vizura delivered the thirteenth victory. This time they beat 5th ranked Konstantin (8-8) 86-70. Mega Vizura maintains first position with 13-3 record. Newly promoted Konstantin keeps the fifth place with eight games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Mega Vizura will play against bottom-ranked Sloga (#14) in Kraljevo in the next round which should be an easy win for them. OKK Beograd - Sloga 109-66

The game with biggest result difference took place in Beograd. Local OKK Beograd (8-8) outscored 14th ranked Sloga (4-12) 109-66. The game was mostly controlled by OKK Beograd. Sloga was better in second period 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. OKK Beograd dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Sloga's 44 and made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. OKK Beograd forced 25 Sloga turnovers and outrebounded them 39-24 including 25 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 34 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Sloga's players. No shocking result in a game in Novi Sad where second ranked Vojvodina (12-4) smashed 12th ranked Smederevo Vizura (6-10) 103-78 on Saturday. The game without a history. Vojvodina led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Smederevo Vizura's 40. They outrebounded Smederevo Vizura 34-15 including a 23-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. Vojvodina looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Power forward Vladimir Ivelja (203-88) fired 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Nikola Kalinic (202-91) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. Five Vojvodina players scored in double figures. Center Stefan Djordjevic (206-89) produced 19 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) and point guard Marko Popadic (190-89) added 17 points respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Vojvodina maintains second position with 12-4 record behind leader Mega Vizura. Loser Smederevo Vizura dropped to the eleventh place with ten games lost.
