There was no lack of excitement in the last round games. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

The most important game in the last round took place in Beograd between third ranked Sloboda (11-7) and ninth ranked Radnicki Basket (9-9) on Tuesday night. Sloboda was crushed by Radnicki Basket on the road 81-61. The game was mostly controlled by Radnicki Basket. Sloboda managed to win third quarter 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Radnicki Basket forced 19 Sloboda turnovers. Guard Dejan Djokic (187-89) scored 17 points to lead the charge for the winners and guard Milos Bojovic (198-81, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 18 points during the contest. Radnicki Basket's coach Milos Pejic used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was power forward Bogdan Obrenovic (206-90, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group) with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Radnicki Basket moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Vrsac. Sloboda at the other side dropped to the fourth position with seven games lost. Radnicki Basket is looking forward to face higher ranked Metalac (#3) in Valjevo in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Sloboda will play at home against Tamis in Pancevo and is hoping to win this game.
A League top team - Mega Vizura (15-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fourteenth ranked KK Jagodina (4-14) 113-76. The former international center Boban Marjanovic (222-88, agency: Beo Basket) notched a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds to lead the effort and Andrija Bojic supported him with 18 points and 10 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Mega Vizura's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 28 points by Marko Puzic (198-85) did not help to save the game for KK Jagodina. Mega Vizura have a solid four-game winning streak. Mega Vizura maintains first position with 15-3 record. KK Jagodina lost sixth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom place with 14 games lost. Mega Vizura will play against BKK Radnicki (#11) in Beograd in the next round and are hoping to win another game. KK Jagodina will play at home against Vrsac and hopes to get back on the winning track.
The game in Beograd was also quite interesting. Third ranked Metalac (12-6) played at the court of 8th ranked OKK Beograd (8-10). Metalac managed to secure a 6-point victory 77-71 on Wednesday. The best player for the winners was Stefan Zivanovic who scored 24 points and 6 rebounds. Metalac's coach Dragan Nikolic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Aleksej Nesovic who recorded 17 points, 9 assists and 4 steals. Metalac have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 12-6 record having just three points less than leader Mega Vizura. Loser OKK Beograd keeps the eighth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Borac and Tamis. Metalac will meet at home Radnicki Basket (#7) in the next round. OKK Beograd will play against Borac in Cacak and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Cacak was also worth to mention about. Fifth ranked Konstantin (10-8) played at the court of 7th ranked Borac (8-10). Konstantin managed to secure a 7-point victory 75-68. It was a good game for Milovan Savic who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Konstantin's coach Bosko Djokic let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Newly promoted Konstantin maintains fifth position with 10-8 record. Borac at the other side dropped to the eighth place with ten games lost. Konstantin's next round opponent will be Smederevo Vizura (#12) on the road and are hoping to win another game. Borac will play against OKK Beograd (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Important game to mention about took place in Pancevo. Thirteenth ranked Sloga (6-12) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging higher ranked Tamis (8-10) 82-79 on Wednesday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Tamis. Aleksandar Marelja scored 18 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners. Tamis' coach Nebojsa Biro rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Sloga moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with BKK Radnicki and Smederevo. Loser Tamis dropped to the eighth position with ten games lost. Sloga will face league's second-placed Vojvodina in Novi Sad in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.

In the last two games of round 18 BKK Radnicki lost to Vojvodina on the opponent's court 74-82. Vrsac managed to outperform Smederevo in a home game 72-65.


OKK Beograd - Metalac 71-77

The game in Beograd was also quite interesting. Third ranked Metalac (12-6) played at the court of 8th ranked OKK Beograd (8-10). Metalac managed to secure a 6-point victory 77-71 on Wednesday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But OKK Beograd won third quarter 21-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Metalac won last quarter 18-13. The best player for the winners was guard Stefan Zivanovic (196-89) who scored 24 points and 6 rebounds. Swingman Dragan Kruscic (198-86) chipped in 11 points. Four Metalac players scored in double figures. Metalac's coach Dragan Nikolic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was naturalized Bosnian point guard Aleksej Nesovic (189-85, agency: Beo Basket) who recorded 17 points, 9 assists and 4 steals and power forward Milos Pavlovic (210-84, agency: BeoExcell) added 13 points respectively. Metalac have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 12-6 record having just three points less than leader Mega Vizura. Tamis - Sloga 79-82

Important game to mention about took place in Pancevo. Thirteenth ranked Sloga (6-12) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging higher ranked Tamis (8-10) 82-79 on Wednesday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Tamis. The guests trailed by 9 points after three quarters before their 24-12 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Power forward Aleksandar Marelja (207-92) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and naturalized Bosnian guard Marko Popovic (193-84) chipped in 15 points and 6 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Ivan Miceta (205-81) with 19 points and 5 rebounds and guard Slobodan Lalic (197-86, agency: Beo Basket) scored 22 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tamis' coach Nebojsa Biro rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Very expected game in Novi Sad where 11th ranked BKK Radnicki (6-12) was defeated by second ranked Vojvodina (14-4) 82-74 on Wednesday. BKK Radnicki trailed by 14 points after 3 quarters before a 21-15 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 74-82 at the end of the game. Montenegrin center Radomir Marojevic (207-81) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Radovan Markovic (194-82) chipped in 16 points during the contest. Five Vojvodina players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was point guard Luka Igrutinovic (193-92) with 13 points and 4 assists and point guard Bogic Vujosevic (189-92, agency: Beo Basket) scored 11 points and 4 assists. BKK Radnicki's coach Marko Icelic tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Vojvodina have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 14-4 record behind leader Mega Vizura. BKK Radnicki lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 12 games lost. Rather predictable result when tenth ranked Vrsac (9-9) defeated at home 12th ranked Smederevo Vizura (6-12) 72-65 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 72-65. Smederevo Vizura was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Montenegrin power forward Nemanja Radovic (206-91, agency: Beo Basket) had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Aleksandar Mitrovic (202-90) chipped in 15 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was center Stefan Djordjevic (206-89) with 16 points and 9 rebounds and power forward Danilo Sibalic (204-88) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Vrsac moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Radnicki Basket. Smederevo Vizura lost third consecutive game. A League top team - Mega Vizura (15-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fourteenth ranked KK Jagodina (4-14) 113-76. The game was mostly controlled by Mega Vizura. KK Jagodina was better in third quarter 24-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Mega Vizura dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to KK Jagodina's 48. They outrebounded KK Jagodina 58-19 including a 21-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Mega Vizura players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by KK Jagodina's players. The former international center Boban Marjanovic (222-88, agency: Beo Basket) notched a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds to lead the effort and power forward Andrija Bojic (210-93, agency: Beo Basket) supported him with 18 points and 10 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Five Mega Vizura players scored in double figures. Mega Vizura's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 28 points by Marko Puzic (198-85) did not help to save the game for KK Jagodina. Montenegrin guard Nikola Vujicic (185-89) added 12 points. Mega Vizura have a solid four-game winning streak. Mega Vizura maintains first position with 15-3 record. KK Jagodina lost sixth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom place with 14 games lost. Mega Vizura will play against BKK Radnicki (#11) in Beograd in the next round and are hoping to win another game. KK Jagodina will play at home against Vrsac and hopes to get back on the winning track.
