There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in A League.

The most shocking disappointment of round 21 was a home defeat of 6th ranked Vrbas Medela (9-10) by seventh ranked Sumadija KG (10-9) who outscored them by 41 points 85-44. The game without a history. Sumadija KG led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Vrbas Medela's 32. Sumadija KG had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Vrbas Medela's players. Guard Milana Zivadinovic (179-91) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners and swingman Marina Markovic (181-91) chipped in 20 points and 12 rebounds. The best for the losing side was the former international forward Tatjana Zivanovic (189-90) with 10 points. Vrbas Medela's coach Dejan Mudresa gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Sumadija KG moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Srbobran. Vrbas Medela at the other side dropped to the seventh position with ten games lost. Sumadija KG's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Kragujevac Radnicki KG.

Center Mirjana Velisavljevic (188-78) came up with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks for Sabac in the defeat. Sabac's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Radnicki KG maintains third place with 12-7 record having six points less than leader Crvena Zvezda. Sabac at the other side keeps the fourth position with nine games lost. Radnicki KG's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Kragujevac to the arena Sumadija KG.

It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Jagodina 2001. The best player for the winners was Natasa Kovacevic who scored 27 points and 9 rebounds. Crvena Zvezda's coach Zoran Kovacic felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Ivana Grubor who recorded 22 points and 5 rebounds. Crvena Zvezda have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. They maintain first place with 18-1 record. Loser Jagodina 2001 keeps the second position with four games lost. Crvena Zvezda will meet Srbobran Reahem (#5) on the road in the next round. Jagodina 2001 will play against Vrbas Medela and hope to secure a win.
Bottom-ranked Celarevo (0-19) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 19th consecutive match to ninth ranked Stara Pazova (8-11) 72-69. It was a good game for Dijana Stancic who led her team to a victory with 23 points and 7 rebounds. Stara Pazova's coach Jovan Gorec allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Stara Pazova moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Student. Celarevo lost their nineteenth game in a row. They still closes the standings. Stara Pazova's next round opponent will be Beocin (#10) at home. Celarevo will play against Student Radnicki in Nis and hopes to get finally their first victory.

However their fans expected much easier game. Milena Radosevic stepped up and scored 19 points for the winners. Beocin's coach Aleksandar Jovanovic tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. The victory was the third consecutive win for Srbobran Reahem. Newly promoted Srbobran Reahem maintains fifth place with 10-9 record, which they share with Sumadija KG. Beocin lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 15 games lost. Srbobran Reahem will face league's leader Crvena Zvezda in Beograd in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Beocin will play on the road against Stara Pazova (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.



Radnicki KG - Sabac 72-65

The game between Top Four teams took place in Kragujevac. Third ranked host Radnicki KG (12-7) defeated 4th placed Sabac (11-9) 72-65. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 21-11. But Sabac won second period 22-20. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Sabac was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Guard Aleksandra Katic (172-87, college: Brown) nailed 26 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side and Bosnian center Nikolina Milic (195-94) accounted for 19 points. Center Mirjana Velisavljevic (188-78) came up with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks and forward Jelena Stankovic (180-93) added 16 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) respectively for Sabac in the defeat. Sabac's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Radnicki KG maintains third place with 12-7 record having six points less than leader Crvena Zvezda. Celarevo - Stara Pazova 69-72

Bottom-ranked Celarevo (0-19) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 19th consecutive match to ninth ranked Stara Pazova (8-11) 72-69. Celarevo was ahead by 13 points after three quarters before a 23-7 charge of Stara Pazova, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Celarevo to just 7 points in fourth quarter. Stara Pazova made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Celarevo turnovers and outrebounded them 48-37 including 34 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for swingman Dijana Stancic (182-93) who led her team to a victory with 23 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Iva Musulin (170-84) contributed with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Stara Pazova's coach Jovan Gorec allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Milena Lakovic answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds and center Marija Terzic (196-89) added 13 points, 14 rebounds and 6 blocks in the effort for Celarevo. Four Celarevo players scored in double figures. Stara Pazova moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Student. Celarevo lost their nineteenth game in a row. They still closes the standings. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 33-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Srbobran Reahem forced 21 Beocin turnovers. Swingman Milena Radosevic (173-87) stepped up and scored 19 points for the winners and power forward Jovana Karakasevic (190-92) chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Tamara Ruzic (180-79, college: Charleston So.) with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds and guard Minja Jovovic (183-88) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Former international Forward Marina Mandic (182-F-83) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Vrsac, receiving a Court Side Player of the Week award for round 18. The 33-year old player was the main contributor (24 points, eight rebounds and three assists) to her team's victory, helping them to crush Vrbas Medela (#6, 10-8) with 17-point margin 81-64. LFB newcomer Tarbes Gespe Bigorre inked experienced 38-year old Serbian ex-international power forward Ivanka Matic (193-79). It is actually her comeback to Tarbes as she has played here before.
