Metalac is lying in third position after 22 out of 26 rounds in Serbian League and their president is already working on strengthening their roster for Superliga, where three Adriatic League teams and top five teams from first part of Serbian League will play. Former Partizan player Slavko Vranes (230-C-83, agency: Beo Basket) is training with Metalac and will play for them in Superliga. Team from Valjevo will try to finish among top 4 and qualify for Adriatic League next season. However, they will certainly need to strengthen their roster more -especially with new point guard- in order to achieve top 4 finish. Currently, their main playmaker is president's son Djukan Djukanovic (181-G-92). Slavko Vranes didn't play this season yet. 30-year-old center from Montenegro spent previous season in Iran after playing Euroleague basketball for four years (three with Partizan and one with Unics Kazan).
