Eighth-ranked Mladost SP (9-9) used its home court advantage to challenge first ranked Vojvodina NS (16-2) in Smed. Palanka on Saturday. The visitors from Novi Sad managed to secure only three-point victory 97-94. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests trailed by 3 points after three quarters before their 29-23 charge, which allowed them to win the game. 28 personal fouls committed by Mladost SP helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for forward Stefan Stojacic (194-89, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with 30 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Krsto Bjelica (191-88) contributed with 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. point guard Petar Sparovic (175-89) replied with 27 points and 6 assists for Mladost SP.
