The games are now more important than at the beginning of the Regular Season. We may still expect few shocking results in upcoming 4 rounds. There was no lack of excitement in the last round games. The round ended with favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

2MLS top team - Vojvodina NS (19-3) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed seventh ranked Sloboza Uzice (12-10) in Novi Sad 99-71. The game without a history. Vojvodina NS led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Vojvodina NS forced 22 Sloboda turnovers. Forward Stefan Stojacic (194-89, agency: Interperformances) scored 14 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Stevan Krtinic (-99) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Vojvodina NS's coach Filip Socek felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Branko Andjic (201-82) responded with 16 points and 5 steals. Vojvodina NS maintains first position with 19-3 record. Sloboda at the other side keeps the seventh place with ten games lost. Vojvodina NS are looking forward to face Pirot (#4) on the road in the next round. Sloboda will play against Napredak and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in Smed. Palanka was also worth to mention about. Third ranked Proleter Naftagas (16-5) played at the court of 8th ranked Mladost SP (10-12). Proleter Naftagas defeated Mladost SP 90-75. Guard Slobodan Lalic (195-86, agency: BeoBasket) notched 33 points (!!!) and 4 steals to lead the effort and Stefan Atanackovic supported him with 17 points and 7 assists. Even 22 points (made all of his eleven free throws !!!) by swingman Stevan Tapuskovic (209-89) did not help to save the game for Mladost SP. Proleter Naftagas have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 16-5 record having four points less than leader Vojvodina NS. Mladost SP at the other side keeps the eighth place with 12 games lost. Proleter Naftagas will play against Futog (#11) in Tupanjac in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Mladost SP will play on the road against Radnicki 1950 in Kragujevac and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A very close game took place in Boljevac between Boljevac and Velika Plana. Twelfth ranked Boljevac (5-17) got a very close home victory over 9th ranked Velika Plana (9-13). Boljevac managed to escape with a 3-point win 54-51 on Saturday evening. Bogdan Velickovic fired a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Mihajlo Bogdanovic produced 15 points for lost side. Newly promoted Boljevac maintains twelfth position with 5-17 record. Loser Velika Plana keeps the ninth place with 13 games lost. Boljevac will meet bottom-ranked Srem (#14) in the next round. Velika Plana will play against KK Jagodina (#13) and hope to secure a win.
An interesting game took place in Jagodina where higher ranked Radnicki 1950 (14-8) was upset on the court of thirteenth ranked KK Jagodina (4-18) 81-77. Worth to mention a great performance of Ivan Demcesen who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). KK Jagodina maintains thirteenth position with 4-18 record. Newly promoted Radnicki 1950 dropped to the sixth place with eight games lost. KK Jagodina's next round opponent will be higher ranked Velika Plana (#9) on the road and it may be quite challenging game.

In the last two games of round 22 Pirot won against Futog on the opponent's court 95-77. Kolubara unfortunately lost to Napredak in a home game 74-81.

Zlatibor - Srem 110-80

Second ranked Zlatibor (18-4) crushed at home 14th ranked Srem (2-19) by 30 points 110-80, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. The game without a history. Zlatibor led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Srem's 36. They outrebounded Srem 35-16 including a 27-10 advantage in defensive rebounds. Zlatibor looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Srem's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Zlatibor made 8 blocks. Forward Radenko Smolovic (202-90) scored 14 points and 9 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Petar Maric (205-87) chipped in 22 points during the contest. At the losing side Branislav Djurak responded with 18 points and Stevan Vukolic scored 12 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Forward Dusan Filipovic (188-92) scored 19 points and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Lazar Rasic (196-87) chipped in 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four Pirot players scored in double figures. At the losing side Jovan Ostojic responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Igor Vujcic (180-93) scored 22 points. Rather predictable result in Lazarevac where sixth ranked Napredak (15-7) defeated 10th ranked Kolubara (8-14) 81-74 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 40-31 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Napredak made 18-of-18 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Beograd: Crvena Zvezda (#1) and FMP (#3). Crvena Zvezda (9-1) won against visiting FMP (6-4) 77-69.
