General manager of MBK RuzomberokStanislav Onuska announced that the club re-signed Slovak forward Katarina Tetemondova (188-F/C-88). In previous season, the member of Slovak Women NT finished with MBK Ruzomberok second losing to Good Angels Kosice in the finals. Tetemondova averaged 10,4 points and 5,6 rebounds per game. In EuroCup, Ruzomberok advanced to quarterfinals where they faced Dinamo Kursk and lost over two legs to the EuroCup Champions of 2011/2012. Tetemondova added in average 11,8 points and 7,7 rebounds per game. After the season Tetemondova again earned a spot in Slovak Senior NT and with 5,9 points and 4,0 rebounds helped the Slovak squad to secure a ticket for France 2013.

MBK Ruzomberok have appointed Juraj Suja as the teams new head coach. He replaces Stefan Svitek on the bridge. Juraj Suja worked with SBK Samorin lately. Previously he guided MBK Rieker Komarno in Extraliga. He led Samorin to the Extraliga semifinals in 2012. [read more]
