There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in Extraliga.

The game between Top Four teams took place in Levice. First ranked host Levice (23-7) defeated their biggest opponent Komarno (20-10) 82-77. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 22-17. But Komarno won second period 22-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 25 personal fouls committed by Komarno helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Brandon Fields (193-88, college: Nevada) scored 23 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import point guard Willie Kemp (188-87, college: Memphis) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. At the losing side American point guard Chris Lowe (182-87, college: Massachusetts, agency: KMG Sports Management) responded with 18 points and 4 assists. Levice maintains first position with 23-7 record. Komarno lost third consecutive game. They keep the second place with ten games lost. Levice are looking forward to face Prievidza (#7) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains seventh position with 13-17 record.
