There will be only one (last) round of the Regular Season in Extraliga.

The game between Top Four teams took place in Levice. First ranked host Levice (23-7) defeated their biggest opponent Komarno (20-10) 82-77. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 22-17. But Komarno won second period 22-21. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. 25 personal fouls committed by Komarno helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American guard Brandon Fields (193-88, college: Nevada) scored 23 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import point guard Willie Kemp (188-87, college: Memphis) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. At the losing side American point guard Chris Lowe (182-87, college: Massachusetts, agency: KMG Sports Management) responded with 18 points and 4 assists. Levice maintains first position with 23-7 record. Komarno lost third consecutive game. They keep the second place with ten games lost. Levice are looking forward to face Prievidza (#7) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Even 26 points and 6 assists by American point guard Maurice Acker (178-87, college: Marquette) did not help to save the game for Nova Ves. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains seventh position with 13-17 record. Nova Ves at the other side dropped to the fifth place with 15 games lost. Prievidza will play against league's leader Levice at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
